Unity is a collaborative project between the internets mid and high volume Yoshi Community fan sites and the founders of Fractalcast Networks. Project Unity is an exclusive partnership that lets the members chat without compromising dedicated community chat in the communities individual channels by allowing a single meeting point (May expand later), with possible insights in to inter-community gaming and discussion of a common interest. It also allows the staff of each participating community a part in our staff channels to share information on bad users, spammers and other miscreants with others to help harden each others communities against harm and to gain knowledge on how each community deals with forum tasks.
Requirements
We're currently not taking any more communities while we test the water and see whether the project is feasible. Each community must pick two members of staff that will become representatives for their community. The representatives cannot be the leader of the forum as normally staff under the leader will have more experience in dealing with users than the leader, not to mention forums can undergo several leader changes. This is based exclusively online within the Fractalcast Networks IRC network.

We're currently testing this out with those fine chaps over on Yoshi Lore, so why not drop in some time and make yourself known? We won't bite. Except for Gem
