It's more Timyoshi than Yoshi Soul because Soul registered 2 1/2 weeks after Timyoshi created the forum. It's Tim's forum, and Soul mainly affiliates it through YoshiArt.com. I mean think about it; it's not called "YoshiArt.com Forums" or something to that nature.

Yes, that is what he was looking for, Due to the fact that Tim is almost always absent, we always look towards Soul to look after the board, and we all are convinced he is the main Admin, but he only hosts the site that links this board, and is Tim's partner, Tim created YC. I think that's all there is to say.
