yeah soul did help me with colors and some minor stuff but he still helps me a lot cause I'm such a busy body >_<

No one beleives that Soul gave me the opportunity to make these forums long before TimYoshi, hahah... I turned it down because I was a little turned away from forums for a time there... little did I know what was to come of it all, hehe.

Shall I tell the story now?  One day, (Sunday, January 25, 2004 8:07 PM to be exact.  Timyoshi (Toshi at that time) emailed me about a forum he had just created at proboards. He asked if I "could link to it because he needed a kick start, and because a lot of people visit my site". After looking at his new forum, which had green text over blue (!!), I decided it had to get a new look before I could link to it. It took several emails, but in the end he did add the right colors (I added the CSS & td background images later). After that, I linked to the board from my site's menu. This is why Yoshi's Corner looks exactly like my site: It is, in fact, MY site's board, but it is not entirely my board. But it can be assumed that since there are only 2 founding members (me and Tim), that Tim and I have equal ownership of the board. (Or as I wish I could say, I hold 50% of Yoshi's Corner's shares of stock.  ) I provided the bulk of the visitors and the entire layout. Tim provided the board registration at proboards, and the board name. And Graedius is right, I did make that offer to him, exactly on Friday, December 13, 2002 11:44 PM @ -6GMT. (date geek?). Hell I even offered to give him my ENTIRE SITE, on Saturday, December 28, 2002 10:25 PM (YeS I know I am a date wacko), but he declined. I am so happy I still have my site. Hehehe... Oh I didn't know that proboards23.com is part of my network. ...... A "hacking" process? Sheesh... |
