Some of you regular folks may remember the YC Podcast I ran a while back. It was reasonably successful, but it died off after I got lazy and busy.
However, I'm at uni now with a very lenient timetable and so in a week or two weeks time, I will be bringing it back. this weekend I'm going to get internet sorted in my house rather than nicking some poor bloke's internets which can barely stay alive for more than 10 minutes. I have software that also needs testing and, all that permitting, I will be doing some good ol' podcast for all you people.
I have a few people who are interested in doing this and I may keep to a regular bunch if people rather than constantly rotating it. That worked reasonably well last time but getting different people each week and making sure everyone gets a go was a bit of a pain. These will probably be being recorded every Thursday or Friday to be released at some undisclosed time. I may or may not upload them to iTunes and make it a proper podcast and be all legitimate and what not.
Really the crux of my point is I need some people to do this. I reckon I can take quite a few people and set them to groups and rotate them. I'll see what I can do. If you want to take part, PM me and I'll see what I can do. Also any other comments or ideas you may have for the podcast, or if you want to be totally nice and give me a clue how to get it on iTunes, post in the thread or PM me. You may be able to find the old ones somewhere.
Last point, each episode is going to be shorter than they were. The epsiodes were reaching 2 hours long which was quite silly. That's all I think I have to say about that. It may not be called YCast, but that's a good a name as any for now.
