Uh, good job. It's decent for a picture composed of only ovals and lines.
Don't wanna sound mean, but the nose is a little long here. OK, it's way too long. If you colored it yellow it'd look like a beak. Sure you've seen a Yoshi before, right? Their noses are circular. 1:1 width to height ratio, not 3:1.
Also, this is a smaller thing I wanna point out - but the width of the line defining the mouth is way thicker than it should be. I guess it's hard to make a Yoshi mouth, anyway.
Maybe I'm missing something here, but how does this yoshi resemble one of the Beach Boys?

Now now, there's nothing saying that a Yoshis nose has to follow the concept of a 1:1 ratio, or a "perfect circle" as you seem to put it, it is all down to a matter of preference and style, an "oblong" nose is usually commonly drawn, just take a gander at my avatar. I do agree that the nose could be improved upon, I just wanted to point out what you say there. |
