Hey, that looks really good. The lines are very smooth and the hat is better than any hat I can draw. The background is detailed and I like your little hidden signature near the bottom.
One thing that I noticed that could use work is the folds in the clothing and cape. It takes a lot of practice, but eventually the way they're supposed to look sort of just clicks. In the meantime, it could help to look at the way your own clothing wrinkles as you move or when it blows in the wind. That could help.
