The Adventure Never Ends

[Strangie]

"I wonder what they're deal be, in any case..." Karth tries to eyeball the crowd below, to see if they are wearing some kind of uniform or have some other odd and noticable trait.

Syleena quickly examines the crowd trying to see if there was anything that could jump out at her. "They don't look too bad." she tries to look for weapons.

[Yoshiken]

Yoshiken had continued to keep himself in a relaxed state on the ride. At one point, he even drifted off to sleep, if only for a few minutes. He woke up to hear half of the group discussing something about a gathering of some sort. Yoshiken looked out the nearest window to see what brought up such curiosity.

"Eh, I wouldn't let it bother you too much. I am sure it is nothing," he stated. "How are we doing with our distance though? Will we make it in the amount of time we wanted?" Yoshiken asked, not hearing the previous statements about having gone in the wrong direction.

[Teal]

"..." Teal banked the plane to the side and changed the direction to go West. "Well then...it's going to take us 2 hours to get there now...still faster than a ground vehicle and especially faster than walking." Teal brought the plane up above the cloud layer to hide their presence. This also made it where it becomes difficult to see the ground and the group below.

[Lord of the Dance]

It would be impossible to pick out any detail in the crowd at that height. Once Teal headed up, it was difficult even to see individual people. Slug folded his arms behind his head, trying to get more comfortable. "I dunno how much'f a hurry we're all in, here. Haven't y'guys been at this fer days already, anyway?"

[Teal]

After a long while Teal anticipated that they are currently...."Alright guys....I think we should be about 10 minutes away." Teal said as he brought the plane down a bit to see the terrain below.

Syleena eyeballs as they start to land to try to see if when they land there is anybody there that will either help or hurt them. "Well, so far I don't see anything that would be detrimental to us."

[Moot]

((derp apparently I didn't notice we'd started again))

Moot had been silent throughout the entire trip so far - mainly due to hating flying, hating everything about flying, and the hating fact that he was on a plane, which was flying. Which he hated. If anyone had cared to look back where Moot was sitting, they would have noticed him looking dead ahead at nothing in particular, and looking extremely uncomfortable the entire time the group had been up in the air.

In his head, Moot had come up with several ideas at what the crowd below were doing - he assumed the group hadn't made that up, as Moot had decided that not looking out of the windows was a better idea - what they were going to when they landed and got back on Kyrals trail, and all sorts of useful things.

Then everything got replaced with the nagging feeling that the plane would explode into a fireball because of some mechanical error, or they'd be shot down by surface-to-air missiles, or that Teal didn't actually know how to fly a plane and was just faking it to look cool, or that he was a complete fool for even thinking getting on a plane could have ever been a good idea. Upon hearing the trip was almost over, the only thing he could come up with was "Freaking finally" muttered under his breath.

"Um, just out of curiosity, how are we gonna land the plane? Don't we usually need a runway to land a plane? What are you gonna do?" Syleena's least favorite part of flying was landing.

[Teal]

"I'm looking for a place to land right now. This plane can land on any kind of terrain as long as there's not a bunch of large rocks or trees or similar obstacles in its path. But if you want a smoother landing help me find a flat area." Teal's eyes scanned the terrain below.

Syleena jumped to this as soon as he said she could help. She scoured the area below. "Just as long as we don't have a bumpy landing that causes me to lose my lunch." she goes up to the front behind Teal and looks far below.

[Strangie]

"Aye, lad." Karth kept to the window, scanning the terrain he could see with his eyes for a suitable landing point. "Hopefully thar be somethin' down there, not wantin' to have to improvise if we can avoid it, eh?"

Syleena stood between Teal and Champ's seats in the pilot area and looked around. "I hope there is something nice we can land on that doesn't cause turbulence."

[Lord of the Dance]

Everyone who peered out the plane's windows would see only rocky, forested terrain. They had arrived deep in the mountains. It was much colder out here than most places in the Mushroom Kingdom, but at least it wasn't the time of year for snow except for white patches on the highest peaks in the distance.
Slug frowned apologetically. "We may jus' hafta improvise... I think I see a shelf o'er there." He pointed at a steep cliff a short way off. It was probably not a good idea to land there- only as good as taking a dive into the trees and hoping they slowed the fall.

[Teal]

"Erm....let's see well......that steep cliff....how am I supposed to land on that??......Is there really no other place to land? I don't see how we can take off to leave after the mission if I land there..." Teal said sounding worried now.

Syleena kept looking around frantically and groaning when she couldn't find anything and sighed. "Why couldn't there be a nice swamp we could land in? Or better yet, a dirt road."

[Strangie]

"Heh... roll the plane off the cliff and hope ye get enough momentum from the fall to angle yerself back up again? I dunno. But yer the pilot, yer supposed to figure this complicated stuff out."

Karth looked for other places to land, likely fruitlessly. "Well, we can't circle around here forever, ye know. Ye better pick somethin' soon laddie or if we fly around here all day we nay have enough fuel to make it back home."

Syleena clutched the back of Teal's seat, extremely nervous about what he was gonna choose to do. "Well whatever it is, I hope you have an airsick bag."

[Teal]

"I know that Karth....we can't circle around for too long...I guess I'll land us on that cliff. It's just that small amount of ground kind of worried me. If there's not enough ground then we will fall off and be flying again. Essentially meaning it's not possible to land there." Teal explained while he turned the plane towards said cliff. "Oh and do we have a way to get down the cliff once we land?"

"Syleena you reminded me....could you please grab the sick bags from the compartment that's behind Mister Navigator's seat?" Teal pointed at a storage box. "Give a sick bag to everyone who looks like they're a bit dizzy..."

Syleena grabbed a few airsick bags and when back to all of the people in the back giving them airsick bags. "If you are gonna throw up, aim in the bag." Syleena clutched a bag.
