Article hereI thought it was an April Fool's joke...but apparently it's an actual menu item. I personally think that sandwich is gross...more like the true heart attack on a bun er...chicken fillet. I have never tried it and I don't think I ever will! So is this fast food chain openly giving nutritionists the middle finger or what? Anyone else worried about the direction the fast food industry is going? Have you tried it? What are your thoughts about this?

I've seen that documentary but I honestly found it quite funny to see him suffer in some parts. "I've got the McGurgles, the McTwitches, and the McSpasms..." I was shocked to see them put a 2 liter soda bottle next to McDonalds super size drinks and it's the same size.
Only problem is that it made me crave McDonalds and I got jealous of the high school kids that got things like burgers and fries and other things that they actually enjoyed and they tasted good.

Had one, they're not nearly as apocalyptic as every person trying to be funny says.
I wouldn't recommend getting them too often, however. They are expensive and can be a labor to finish.

Although I'm all vegan n' stuff I don't see what everyone is freaking out since it is pretty much stuff you put on a sandwich... without a sandwich. Actually it is healthier than most hamburgers on the go sooooo.

I don't eat much fast food these days. Can you order two bread buns with it? Just a question.

it's not a sandwich. the definition of a sandwich is filling surrounded by two pieces of bread. no bread =/= a sandwich

Haha that looks so nasty. The worst part is that the nutrition stats are in fact healthier than most fast food burgers I've seen. Except the sodium. I think I'd rather just have school food just this once. I don't see how anyone would need just that much food though.
