Good Things

This thread will be about things you feel good about doing for the day. Significant things that you accomplished or maybe an odd thing that happened today.

For example, "I got myself an A+ on that history final. I was worried because I struggled trying to memorize the dang subject!"

"I got the 1,000,000th star on SMG3 (fictional). omg that took FOREVER!"

"While playing baseball I was in the outfield this time. I couldn't catch a single ball I was doing bad this time. Then a bee flew by my face and I shooed it away and held my mitt out only to have the ball land right in it making it the winning catch."

"At a town intersection a sign holder person was blasting music from a boombox and dancing and twirling the sign. People kept saying 'Yeah! That's how you do it!' and honking their car horn and even pedestrians tipped him."

My teacher for 20th Century Study gave me an extra credit opportunity today. +4 points on any of my previous tests. Sounds pretty good.

Today during my contemporary history class the professor had us do a closed-book pop quiz. I thought I was going to fail it at first but I happened to know it all. I won a box of Sprees for getting every single answer right. No tie breaker question was needed. ; )

Today I found 4 king size candy bars in my desk that I forgot about. =D

I also might have found a job. I have yet to apply or send in my resume or have an interview, but I have good connections, so it looks promising. I plan on sending in my resume later tonight or tomorrow morning. I haven't had a job since 2008, so this is a VERY good thing.

I got to stay up until 5 a.m chatting with my lover boy today. xDD I had 5 hours of sleep, but I don't care! I don't go to school anymore, so I'm free to take naps anytime. Today will also be the last day for my piano lessons...wait...that's a good thing...?

I have no idea how I'm ever going to part with my violin teacher. It's weird, I play a lot better when he's around. Site reading, volume, vibrato, everything. Maybe it's just that room, I don't know.

Oh, I'm getting my districts audition piece some time this week.

I just graduated high school, and I'm having a party on the 19th. It's going to be a big one to celebrate that I finally made it through school and now I'm going to college.

I went to the bowling alley today and scored a turkey 2 separate times in 2 games (A turkey is when you get 3 strikes in a row). Right when I bet my friend $50 who would win best out of 3 games. I'll admit though I'm not actually good at bowling, it was pure luck.
