I'd say the career indicator was pretty accurate, although I'm desperately trying to avoid becomming a manager as a job role because then I'm no longer hands on, and I'd rather be involved in the creation of something rather than manage the staff that create and watch theory turn to reality, which is why I'm keen when it comes to computer languages and doing planning, building, implementing and maintaining myself.

I know at some point I will have to let go of this though and succumb to becomming management when given the opportunity to advance in my career. Progress is good.
