Sketch/Draw a Yoshi a Day (or a Week)

I have been thinking about starting something like this for quite a while. I noticed how the Yoshi Art section hasn't been receiving much activity, so I decided to attempt to make a sort of activity anyone can do to make this section alive again.

So the activity is simple: Sketch/Draw a Yoshi a Day (or a Week)

Yep, just sketch, or draw (however you prefer to call it), a Yoshi every day. If everyday is too much for you, then perhaps at least once a week. It can be your Yoshi character if you want, just make sure it is a Yoshi.

As far as how good the sketch/drawing has to be... it doesn't have to be a very complex piece. It can be very simple, so as long as if it looks decently a Yoshi.

So why don't we get this section active? You can participate anytime you want. If you weren't able to sketch/draw a Yoshi at least once a week, it's fine; you can still participate.

To start this off, I will show a rather simple sketch of a Yoshi:
Day #1

It's not too bad I guess. Just note it is a very very fast sketch made in no more than 15 seconds. It doesn't take too long to make something as simple as that, heh

So let's get this started now! ;D
Oh and anyone can make a comment from time to time in this thread; you don't always have to have a pic in your posts. It is however highly encouraged you post a sketch of yours when you do post.

Yeah, this is like... idk. 10 minutes? Would have worked on it longer (or outlined it with pen. darn it <.=.< ) but I didn't really know what else to add to it. I suck, I know o:

Basically in this one someone (particularly the viewer) called out and/or is talking to Ra, but he didn't hear because he was listening to music so he lifts one of the headphone... speakers(?) and tries to listen better. I got lazy on the top part of the headphones because I THOUGHT I had a pen.

I don't really know how to shade or anything, so... yeah. I know I suck .-.

Heh well I'm glad someone revived this thread... I need to get back to drawing the mini-sketches.. though however I've been doing larger pieces that takes days... so yeah...

If anyone is wondering what are the empty boxes are for, I needed to leave some room for the people that looks over the dorms (called the RA) so that they can write important notices and what not.
