Yoshi Sketches

So I decided maybe it would be a good idea to put out sketches of the various Yoshis I drew, but was too shy to show any of them, perhaps due to it being incomplete. Well then, here are some of my (unfinished) sketches of Yoshi:

Sketch 1 <- This was a simple Yoshi I made quite a while ago in iScribble. And for the people that are wondering... it has been forever since i last used iScribble.

Sketch 2 <- This is another Yoshi I made back in iScribble. This is one of my characters and her name is Xin

Sketch 3 <- Another sketch of Xin back in iScribble.

Sketch 4 <- For those that remember back back then in the IRC, this would be Seph... He sure doesn't look happy and he certainly isn't happy on what happened to him back in the IRC... I still haven't forgotten how badly he was treated back there...

Sketch 5 <- It's Seph again but this time in a different outfit. He does have his own storyline and this would be one of his later outfits to emphasize mobility rather than defense.

Sketch 6 <- This is a character I am currently developing for the RP I am going to start here in YC. His name I won't disclose just yet. Do note that this sketch is not finished and there will be major changes to it.

For now this is all I'll share at the moment. I would show more but I think it's best to keep those for later. Comments will be nice...

But please don't give harsh criticism! After all they aren't really finalized

I wonder what happened to Seph...and I wonder what actual role the mystery yoshi will serve in the upcoming RP.

What happened to Seph? Lets just say in the IRC he got messed up by some guy in a ridiculous costume. He did get accused of being overpowered... even though I see other characters being able to conjure massive tornadoes and an insane blizzard.

As for the "mystery Yoshi"... keep guessing heh. He does have dual handguns.

The simple style you use is nice, but I would like to see some different facial expressions, since it looks a bit bland from that side.

Aw, you have an adorable style. You should play around with poses. I'd love to see your Yoshies being all action-y, for lack of a better term.

Thanks for the comments. About the facial expressions shown in those pictures I shared... yes I am well aware how bland it could be, but my other sketches do show different expressions; I just happen to post the bland looking ones I guess.

As far as playing around with poses, I'm actually doing that. Do know that these are just very few sketches present out of many I have made. If you want to see my Yoshis being all "action-y", sure I'll post just that next time, heh

These are just more of my many characters. They are just merely sketches for now but I hope to finish designing them and what not. I know there may be errors here and there, but what more can you expect from sketches that are still WIP (work in progress). They all have names but I won't disclose them for now. Some may or may not be in the RP I plan to make later.

I'd like to see what this Seph guy is all about. I can't wait to see how this will fit into the RP.
