Hello, everyone, I'm Paleona :3 Or call me Pale if you want, whichever.

I've been sneaking around these forums the past week or so, and figured I might as well sign up. I recognize a few names from deviantArt, where I normally post. ^_^

Let's see... I'm more of an old-school Yoshi fan, with Yoshi's Island being one of my top favorite games. I have yet to buy and play the new DS game, but it sounds promising.

I'm an easy going person, and love to draw, sew and bake. I'm hoping to share my Yoshi art with you all, and see all of your work as well :3

I love you, ahah. I'm pretty much the same, spent a huge chunk of money renting Yoshi's Island (SNES version) from Blockbuster before, after a year it being bought for me for Christmas 1996. Nothing has come close to being as special as the original Yoshi's Island, which is rather unfortunate.

Haha, I hear you. I spent so much of my time as a kid playing that with my sister, getting all 100's.... I was rather saddened at how Yoshi changed in Yoshi's Story... >_< But I suppose that's where most people know Yoshi from .... unfortunately.

Haha I did the exact same thing when it first came out. I think I rented it like 10 times or more until my parents decided to just buy me the dang game.

And I'm about to sound like a broken record player, but I have done the same thing Teal and PFY did, just I never owned it until the remake came out for GBA. But glad to see there's more support for the old-school yoshi!

Breaking the chain here, my family never owned a SNES, so I was Yoshi's Island-less until I got my hands on the Gameboy remake. :X

Aww, no SNES ;_; At least you were able to get the remake
I remember getting a SNES bundle that came with YI for my birthday, actually... *_*Double-scoop ice cream

Also, why can't we make any of the faces with X's such as " x 3" but not spaced? The forum overrides it and writes: TRIPLE BONUS MULTIPLIER ! ! lol

Ahh, I've seen your art and I found it nice and unique.

And yeah, those TRIPLE BONUS MULTIPLIER ! ! things are word filters put in place by admins. You can't disable them, sadly.

I've tried making the face "^ . ^" (minus the spaces) and it says Despite the loss of my lower jaw I still enjoy a high standard of living.
