Yeah, I finally went to one, it was so cool! I got first place in the Naruto Fighting game! (It's a video Game) They haven't even released that yet!  They had the whole 2nd floor of the hotel filled with products from Japan, including, games that haven't been released yet, Plush toys, (I got myself a Yoshi =P), and lots of Japanese Candy. Like Pocky. Anyone ever been to one of these? |

Yeah I've been dragged to one of those things. It wasn't that big, like a local thing, but with all the passion there, I couldn't tell.
Passion, I couldn't stand it. I mean, I've seen a few and liked a couple, but I'm not really into it. People would ask me "What's your favorite anime?" And I'd be like "I don't know... I like Trigun." And he'd be like "Baka! Haven't you heard of Spriggan Ochimusha Oboro Kabufu?!"
The less said about what happened when I requested something dubbed, the better. Even stranger, anyone who wasn't talking about anime was talking about Dance Dance Revolution. Maybe that part is just a local tweak.

Yeah, this only happends once a year for us, and no one asked me what my favorite anime was. But, there were some great costumes! Someone came as Naruto, and I couldn't believe how detailed the Costume was. He looked EXACTLY like him.

Yeah, Naruto was funny, even when he did the sexy jitsu(sp?) I thought "WTFH?"
About Convention, nope, but i want to. Alot of people like to dress as their fav. Anime characters. What did they dress like when you saw them?

Someone was Inuyasha, another was some girl from Chobits.
I went as Thoru Honda from Fruits Basket. xD
The Jitsu thing was hilarious, he taught it to the grandson. When that happened I was like. "OMFG, you Idiot! You tought it to a little kid!?"

There were at least 10 kinds of Pocky.
Banana
Strawberry
Chocolate
White Chocolate
Coconut
Dark Chocolate
Key Lime
and a lot more that I can't remember. They also had these really strong mints called "White Rabbit."
My favorite part was the Naruto and One Piece Video Games. Go Yinkie for winning first place in the SSBM tournament also. I used Yoshi. ^~
