Actually, there was a phase when almost everybody was using this to draw. I prefer this one personally, although these two are the only drawing boards I've come across so far. Speaking of drawing boards...we totally need an oekaki.

Ooo, I didn't check it. Sorry about that, ack. You can find it here - www.imaginationcubed.com/ImagineAs for an oekaki, well...I tried to set one up a few years back, but my ample little brain can't handle that coding malarky. I'm sure one of the more website-inclined peoples would have no trouble setting one up, though. You can find it here (the website isn't NWS, despite the name ) suteki.nu/journal/index.php?ID=820And lastly...my own abomination. artpad.art.com/?impinx7a6fc

Man... Honestly, I don't like that artpad thing. But I'm a fan of these java oekaki boards, like Paint-BBS, wohoo (sad thing I just can't handle it very well, ehehh... ). Once I installed one... but since there was only me who visited that board (and I rather prefer the pencil + paper combo), now I use that webspace as a second-hand file storage, haha. oekakiturmix.uw.hu/oekaki_poteto/index.php (Cuz' everybody need to... upload their favotire musics to somewhere, nou? xD)

Yeah, Oekaki boards are awesome...although the ones I seem to linger around always have an Advanced Board, and a Normal Board, and well...I don't like segregation like that. I've been trying to find one to call my 'home' for a while now, but Tempest & Digi's one went kaput. Argh! If I knew you had one Norby, I would've been around there all the time...!

artpad.art.com/gallery/?impr6nzq3jc OMG I SUCK Sure they are! Even if the 75% of those boards about naughty things, but oh... xD I'm wondering, why there aren't a bunch of ... 'STILL-LIFE' oekaki boards or something? ;_; Yeah, lol meh. About that "advanced" / "normal" separation ... um, I think, that's because most of the artists like to sort the 'fast drawings' and 'quality work'. Oekaki means "scrap", or "draft" in Japanese, methinks - so the purpose of these boards is draw some lines, and give a point to the image with a nice selection of katakana or hiragana: the usual child of an oekaki was born. But since there are a lot of talented artists who use boards like these, I can understand why that seperation is. Well, in real-life, I don't like to mix my 'works' with my 's-craps' as well (even if the difference is minimal between them ) - But I don't care with it on oekaki boards, anyway. So let me to take my neutral position... as always. Ay ay, there is no late in things like that ^^
