I just got poison oak, can anyone tell me what the best treatments are before I try to tear my skin open? It's really itchy...and I'm alergic...

Oooo, I just read that, thanks...We were planning to get a little shot, it would have just spread it further...I didn't know Tea would work though...

Haha, yeah. Those are a lot of crazy things you can do from the kitchen. Try using a banana peel or some honey, hah. I wonder how people found out about this stuff? XD

All I have to say is you can scratch it a little bit but not some much it turns red. Wash where the ivy hit you regularly so that it doesn't spread much. Hope this helps. ^_^

YOU WON'T BE DOING ANYTHING SOCIAL FOR A WHILE ALSO
NEVER GO INTO BUSHES ... That's not helping now is it....

Mastar, that was kinda low...Funny...but low.
Well, I think a good warm soak in the bathtub would work if you can't get any cream from the drug store.

No I'm being kind. I'm sorry bro but you only get like 15 to 30 minutes to wash that stuff off, after that YOU ARE SCREWED PERIOD ACCEPT IT.
Man when I got it.... ugh.... waking up at midnight from the itching.... having absolutly EVERYTHING swell up... your life is doomed for the next few weeks bud.

Even if that's true, you're kinda taking it a bit far. He's asking for help, not for someone to tell him that he's "screwed." He probably already knows his condition and you saying stuff like that is only going to make it worse. If you were kind, you would tell him how you got over it instead of posting something like, "THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT." What kinda help is that?

Indeed, I fail to see the point of your nonsensical ramblings. He asked for help, not to hear how potentially bad it is.

Well, thank's for your support, it's not spreading anymore...it's just making bumps...which I probably shouldn't have said.
I should take showers after being outside though...but taking hot baths releases oils...which is REALLY an itchy situation.
