Since when did age determine how capable you are to become a mod? I've contributed quite a lot, even more than most mods here. You can ever ask Teh. I gladly do favors for him all the time that he can't manage in this section. What about when I moved the Yoshi Fan Journal to the Yoshi Fan Journal section? Oh, and those threads here didn't sticky themselves you know. I did it for the benefit of our fellow members. This is completely unfair, you can't replace me like that, I'm not a test dummy, I have feelings and emotions too.

Besides, Joshi tells me he has fear posting on these boards as of late because of Soul. I guess I wouldn't blame him. He does seldomly pounce on him, which makes me feel sad for the guy.

With comments like those it becomes less and less likely for you to become a mod again. It shows your total lack of respect for the rules.

Hoy, why would I allow someone who's called me "dirty rat" to be a moderator? Regardless of what Joshi has done for the board, I do not like the way he treats me. I understand he's young, but that doesn't help him become a mod either.

Since me and Tim decided it. You have a very big problem differentiating what 'SHOULD be' and what 'IS'. Therefore you are not suited for being a moderator. You have also consistently shown that you like making your own rules.

Of course. But that won't save him from getting kicked out if he breaks any of the moderator rules. And I remember that you agreed wholeheartedly to the 15yr limitation. I did not impose it on you.

Bottom line: Someone HAS to take care of the board. Therefore, if Tim maintained the board all by himself, I could stop administrating it. The problem is that everyone wants to criticize my actions, but nobody wants to take my place. Kinda interesting, hmm? Do you all think I just LOOOVE to admin this board? I hate it!! There's always someone that disagrees with whatever I do! But I have to do it. Rules are nothing without enforcement.

Okay, you just admitted you hated your job. Then why are you doing it still? Why not let somebody you think who would LOOOVE to do it do the job for you? What keeps you from walking away from the Global Moderator position if you know you can be replaced?

And exactly what are you saying about Tim? There's only 50 members here, and like 20 of them are mostly active. That many people need not to call for two people with administrating powers.

I never called you a dirty rat. Stop lying. What about the way you're treating me? That's the only reason you're getting the bad feedback. Nobody would treat you this way if it weren't for your decisions.

Since when did I make my own rules? When did I rush to the Constitution and started modifying it? I don't go modifying the rules of the board unlike SOMEBODY here who happens to have the name, "Yoshi Soul." You make-up your own rules for the benefit of yourself. How many times have you proposed a new rule? According to the Constitution, you have no authority to do that. I think you deserve a demotion.

There's a good reason why people question what you do. Just look at what you're doing now. Do you think this will make people like you more for who you are? Absolutely not. Your actions and unacceptable compared to those of our pure at heart Admin. If you don't like Administrating it (which would be false because you're moderating it), then clean simple, give up your position. Trust me, it'll do you most good.

Woah, woah! Hold on here guys. I think you have to look at this from Soul's point. I mean yeah, you may think that he's been reckless by saying certain things (which, I cannot grasp how they seem reckless at all. *) but come on. I'm sure if you were in his position, you would hardly take the kind of abuse hes had from some of the members around here.

Would you like it if you tried really hard working on some rules, only to be told 'Augh, these rules are completely innappropriate! Why did you change this, why did you change that, etc.' Hmm? Now, you aren't allowed to lash out at people, are you? What would that show as a Global Mod? You have to take care of these matters calmly. I think Soul has been really careful in what he does and doesn't say, and yet still people criticise his ways. I know that if some people were faced with those matters, they'de throw the towel in right away. But Soul has stuck with his position, not because he wants to, but because he wants to give us guys a nice, friendly forum environment in which we can talk to each other. Something we would have never been able to do if he and Timyoshi hadn't made this forum. You all take advantage of these things, but as soon as they're gone, you'll be regretting whatever you said.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were trying to win your place back as a moderator by siding (or should I say blantant sucking up) with Tim and making Soul to look out as if hes been the bad one in all of this. I may not have been here long enough to know some of the members, but I can still read whats happened in the past, you know.

What a load of crap Joshi. If people feared Soul so much, why do they constantly argue against him? Actually, I find it rather uplifting when Soul comes online. It makes me think 'Theres the Global Mod, the guy who made YoshiArt.com and brought us altogether in the first place.' It wouldn;t surprise me if you were the only one to think 'uh-oh'.

Actually, I was Admin at Femi's Boards, it went swell but not many people seemed to be LOTR fans so no one much posted. Being Admin can be a tough since you must make the right decisions at all times, but everyone can do it. The only ones there were the staff members. So, why have a board no one bothers going into?

Oh and by the way Koshizu AND Soul, I didn't call Soul a dirty rat, we were deleting the posts so Soul wouldn't be considered a dirty rat. It's called reading comprehension.

No offense, Yoshi Soul, but your arguement for why so many people fight with you is because you are the admin for the board. I REALLY don't see any people getting into heated arguements with Timyoshi, and he has just as much, if not more, power than you. I don't know, I just don't think of conflict when I think of Timyoshi. He isn't as harsh on us as you are, and in return, I think that we respond in a more respectful positive way, instead of arguing.

Ok.. THATS IT! I'm getting involved in here. And i've shouldve gotton involved before. Aparently I do not know why the hell Soul is getting all the disrepect here. He Has Not done anything worgn At all. all he was doing was making sure everybody was actually abiding the rules , Wich some people wernt unfortunlatley.. And just because those people were Disobaying the rules, Soul gave them a warning Like the board rules say (3 warnings and your out) But APARENTLY Some people decided to take the warnings way to seriously. That'll be one example why theres some arguments on the board. The second reason is someone insulting Soul ex: Graedius wrote "Nothing you can understand, apparently, if you didn't pick it up by now... which I personally never thought you would. " after soul asked what was so ironic. I Mean Wouldn't it just been simple enough JUST TO TELL HIM?! and i abide by this common qoute: If you have nothing nice to say than don't say it at all. (although it was rather unecessery for soul to get mad at graedius just for saying lad) but that was a insult. And thats what got this thread going. at first i was confused that soul was the bad one here, But after Koshizu cleared some things up (and showed me a few things i didn't know about) it was clear, Soul did not do anything at all. And why do some people still prisist by argueing. I mean really, Theres alot of people bickering around here lately. And that's all i have to say now.
