Sorry for this unforgivable delay, yesterday wasn't exactly the best days around here.

The remaining 5 of the group opened up the door like a hatch. Flying from the mysteriously tilted hallway, they came to a landing in the new room that lay ahead.
This room was unlike any other they had encountered before. The entire room was made of cold, darn stone. The floor tiles where made of marble, no larger then a foot each, and yet where all polished to perfection. The walls where a very dark gray, but at the same time, not quite black, and where lined with marble pillars. Behind those where small, gothically arched, barred windows. Behind them, nothing but darkness. There was nothing to see but the void that was slowly consuming them. The ceiling itself was a crimson red, and hanging from it's center was a huge chandelier. Melted, used candles hung from it's center, which was a huge glass skull.
Though the most disturbing thing this room contained where a series of coffins. There where hundreds by the look of it. About ten or so where in a circle that surrounded the center of the room where the hatch was. The rest of these coffins where all against the walls. The room was freezing, cold enough to see their own breath. Even Yoshiken, who's powers where of warmth and fire, could feel the chill run down his spine.
It where as if everything before, every last room, and every disappearance has all lead to this chamber. This felt the place where it would all come an end.
"This room is creepy." Yapi said, looking back and forth amounts the coffins.
"Let's find whatever clues this room has and get out of here." Yoshiko said.
As they talked, Jay slowly walked toward one of the coffins. He sighed, and slowly lowered his hand on the coffin's hatch handles.
Yapi looked in time to notice. "Jay, what are you doing?!"
"Are you mad?" Yoshiko asked.
"The clues may be in these coffins." Jay said. "We should search them all and see if we can find."
"Jay, I am begging you, do not open them." Yapi said. "It could be a trap!"
"What can they do to us?" Jay asked. "They are dead, that's why they are here in the mausoleum. They won't hurt us. Everyone just needs to overcome their fears."
With that, Jay closed his eyes, and flipped the lid wide open in a quick swish. Jay then took his chances and opened his eyes to peer inside.
Suddenly, Jay froze. His expression distorted into that of true fear, with the hairs on his head literally standing on end.
"Jay! What is it?" Yapi asked.
Jay slowly turned his head toward the group. His eyes where wide open in distress, giving a face of pure terror but staying completely silent. The most disturbing thing about it, however, was that his head had just preformed a perfect 180.
The group looked behind themselves, as if Jay had spotted something terrifying behind them.
Yoshiken looked confused. "...what is it, I don't see-"
But when he turned back, Jay was gone. Not a single remnant of him remained to confirm he was ever there at all. The coffin that he had opened was left ajar, but that was the only mark he has left in this void room. As the group looked in fear, the faint echo of the clock's chiming could he heard echoing through the chamber.
"What the heck just happened?" Teo asked quietly, still weakened.
"We warned him, but he didn't listen." Yapi said.
Though for some reason, the chiming of the bell was getting louder and louder.
Then it started to happen. The lids of the coffins where opening up at the same time. Large, skeletal hands where rising from their interiors.
"EEK!" Yapi shouted.
"Arm yourselves!" Yoshiken shouted. He and the black yoshi look-alike revealed their weapons.
Th rest of the skeletons where rising from the tops of the coffins, all moaning and screeching.
"GO!" Yoshiken shouted. On that command, both of the swords-yoshis rushed into battle.
The hoards of skeletons also ran toward the group by the hundreds.
Yoshiken and Yoshiko both held their swords tightly. Then, in a mirror succession, began their attack. Left and right, their swords swung at the skeletons, shattering them on the impact.
More screeches emerged from the room. Hands where reaching out from the barred windows toward them, eyes peering at them from the cold and heartless expressions of the skeletons.
"This is bad." Yapi said. "Forget this, let's get out of here!"
But when she looked again, both of the swords-yoshis where gone, replaced by the hoards of skeletons that where rushing toward her and Teo.
"NO!" she yelped. Teo only gave a moan, too weak to to give that big of a response.
It was down to these two vs the entire zombie hoard. There was no exit, and they where too weak and afraid to attack.

2 people remain, this is so not our day, or night. XD

GRAAAAHH! The chapter ends RIGHT THERE!! Of all places, it ends RIGHT...THERE!!
I'm finally starting to see a pattern... the strongest tend to be dissappearing, but not necessarily in physical strength... no wait, theory dismissed, it's been going out of order...
Could there be no pattern? Could it be their involvement with someone else? Why I still wonder, why is the question, why why why...
The suspence is killing me, I won't be able to sleep tonight...
