Good or Evil?

It's too late to turn back... only me and Yapi... Yapi's magic and weak me against armies and armies... what's going to happen? Are we going to make it?? Fighting isn't going to help much, as we learned from the giant hand... or could an elemental being mounted atop a determined dragon do the trick? How do we run if we can't fight?... is the chandelier the solution?

Thanks all, and now it's time for my next:

With a sudden screech, one of the skeletons jumped forth and reached it cold, dead hands out wards.

Unluckily for Teo, it grasped his left leg. He let out a quiet yelp. As if on cue, the skeletons turned back and slowly pulled Teo with them.

"Not this time." Yapi said. She reached for his arm and grabbed it. With her other free hand, she shot a stream of light. The skeletons nearby shattered as the light struck them, sending pieces of bone everywhere. The one that held Teo released him. He was instantly on his feet.

"Thanks Yapi, I'll do this." Teo said. he motioned for her to take a few steps back. Then, facing the skeletons again, he growled. Before everyone's very eyes, he transformed his shape into his dragon form.

The skeletons all lunged toward Teo's dragon body. he gave a growl and flapped his wings. Instantly, the force of the wind brushed them of, causing them to crash against the floors and walls and collapse.

Now Teo was the one who was rushing the enemies. He ran, giving a loud roar that echoed in the chamber. He smashed right into the group, sending them flying and shattering as he crashed.

Teo transformed back into his yoshi form. "Heh, easy." he said.

But that was all of the time that was required. In a quick attack, a skeleton smashed onto his head. He gave a shout of distress, until he slowly fell on the spot.

On that cue, Yapi rushed into the fray. She gave a jump as she ran, allowing her wings to catch some air. Then, as she flew, he held both of her hands together, ready to shoot a spell.

Before she could though, a skeleton jumped and grabbed the edge of the chandelier.

For some bizarre reason, the room suddenly began to shake. Teo, who was weakly trying to get back up, fell from the sudden earthquake.

Yapi landed on the floor, rushing toward Teo's side. For some bizarre reason, the skeletons seemed to be retreating into the dark depths of the room, leaving their open coffins.

Yapi's eyes widened. 'What could be so scary to ward off these skeletons? Why is this room-"

And then it began: the sensation of falling. Yapi gasped, realizing that the entire room was somehow falling.

"How is this possible? There's other rooms and the ground right below us!" she asked.

Teo moaned, slowly getting back on his feet.

Yapi flew over toward a window. From what she could see, there was the sight of clouds flashing by.

"We're in the sky?!" She asked. "But we're supposed to be in a cemetery! What is going on?"

Then, it had all stopped. They were thrust to the floor in the sudden stop. The falling was over.

"Teo, are you ok?" Yapi asked.

"...ow..." Teo replied, slowly getting back up.

Yapi pointed toward one of the windows. It's bars had been broken by the force of the crash. "Let's get out of here."

As the two of them flew from the broken window, they looked into the area and gasped.

They where standing on all dirt, and a wasteland of dirt for as far as the eye could see. The night sky had turned a crimson red, decorated by clouds that looked like ghosts, rushing overhead at all times. They could both hear ghostly voices in the distance. The wasteland was broken only by a huge, ancient looking building.

"...that's it." Teo said. "That has got to be the temple that Leo was talking about."

"But where are we?" Yapi asked.

"Defiantly not in Kansas anymore." Teo said, giving a shrug.

Yapi gave him a glare before, looking at the temple. "Whatever this is, all of those evil guys have led us to this place. I'll bet our friends are here."

The two of them rushed from the fallen mausoleum and ahead toward the temple.

"...and where do you two think you are going?" a voice asked.

Both of them stopped in their tracks. Before them was a single Yoshi, and a familiar looking on at that.

"Is that Merier?" Teo asked.

Yapi peered over, then gasped. "...wait, that's not Merier."

"How dare you compare me to that fool, Merier?" the yoshi asked. "Know my name, and know it well, for it will be the last thing you hear. I am Master Ceive."

Teo snapped his fingers. "Yoshiko said Merier was a servant, and to this guy. So then, this Master guy is responsible for all of this."

"Where are our friends?" Yapi asked.

Ceive pointed to the ground. There was a series of small, stuffed dolls resting at his feet. All of which where yoshi dolls, and by the looks of them, very familiar.

"...are those our friends?" Teo asked. "You turned them into dolls? You're really weird, you know that?"

"Think about it. I defeated them, I rendered their bodies useless, and I get to keep them as my prizes." Ceive said.

"Not anymore, you weirdo!" Teo shouted. "Let's get him!"

"I wouldn't do that, if I where you." Ceive said, with a smirk. He lifted a leg off of the ground, then held it right over the dolls. "You see, these are very fragile. I could destroy all of your friends right now."

Yapi and Teo stopped.

Ceive chucked, reaching down and picking up a few of them. "...a nice collecting I have this time."

He held the Yoshiken doll in his right hand, and a Yin and Lava in his other.

"Let them go, Ceive!" Yapi shouted again.

Ceive rose both arms and let the dolls slide from his hands, to fall back into the rest of the pile. "of course, some of these mean more to me then others. take this one, for example."

He held up what appeared to be a Merier doll. "Ah... the years he spent, serving me. He was quite loyal... and quite foolish. He was easy to capture."

Ceive let the Merier doll fall from his hands and crash on the ground.

"Then, my first one. This one got a bit boring, after a while." Ceive said. He reached into the pile once more, and pulled out a blue yoshi doll.

"Wait." Yapi said. "I recognize him... that's Spider! I saw him on the missing poster!"

Ceive chucked. "...ah, what a fool this one was. I was able to catch him with no trouble. ...perhaps you two want to join my collection?"

"No, thanks." Yapi said. "Now let then go, or we'll fight."

"Oh, I don't think I want to fight." Ceive said. "Remember, I have all of your friends in my hands. And if I want..."

He chucked spider's doll into the group, causing all of the other dolls to crash and scatter across the dirt ground.

"But fear not, you will fight." Ceive said. "One of your friends was too strong to get hit by my doll-spell. Instead, I took over her mind. She will fight you."

With that, a single female yoshi flew from the dark sky.

"Moshi!" Teo shouted.

Her eyes where glowing red. She gave an evil laugh.

"You do realize what Moshi will do to you when she breaks free of tis spell, right?" Yapi asked.

"If you want your friends back, you will have to defeat her." Ceive said. He laughed and kicked the dolls, causing them to all scatter even further across the ground, gathering dirt as the flew. "Have fun, now."

You know yesterday I was just thinking when someone disappeared they got turned into a little doll and they're bodies got turned into soul-less zombies...creapy.

Alright, the next one is ready, after that delay, but I got it all set, and here we go.

Without a moment's hesitation, Moshi rushed toward Yapi with an enraged expression. Yapi rushed as well, taking a leap and flying off into the air.

Both of them collided simultaneously. As the force of their attacks hit, they both where thrown back, landing on the ground on their feet.

"Yapi... I'll need a bit more time to recover." Teo said. "...sorry."

"Take all the time you need. Good always beats evil." Yapi said. Though before the elemental yoshi could even react, a beam of dark energy shot from behind. It struck her right in the back of her head. She gave a scream and slowly fell down, whimpering in pain.

Moshi didn't react. As soul-less as a zombie, she walked toward Yapi's fallen body. She slowly extended an arm, the held it onto Yapi's head. It was clear Moshi was well prepared to attack Yapi at point-blank range.

Before Moshi was able to attack, Teo suddenly lunged out of nowhere. he crashed into Moshi, sending her flying.

Yapi slowly got back up. "Thanks. Are you ready?"

"Not yet." Teo said. "That last attack took a lot of energy. I'll go and see what I can do with Ceive."

Yapi nodded. "He'll be easy if you can get him away from our friends."

Teo nodded back and rushed off. Yapi looked back at the battle-ready Moshi. Both of them glared.

"Let's rock." Moshi said, cracking her knuckles.

Ceive tilted his head and saw Teo rushing toward him.

"And here's the reason why I turned them into dolls." Ceive said. He reached down into the pile and picked out a random dolls.

"...what's this?" Ceive asked, holding up a Yoshiken doll. Suddenly, the sight of fire was seen rushing down his arms.

Teo gasped. "What the heck-"

"It appears this Yoshi has the ability to summon fire... well then, my puppet, lend me your power." Ceive said.

"He turned them into dolls to steal all of their powers!" Teo shouted.

He was then face to face with a stream of fire that shot toward him at great speed.

Teo jumped and dodged the flames. "He has the powers of my friends! This may be my hardest opponent yet!"

Yapi used a shield made of her own elemental flames to shield the attack of darkness that Moshi shot back.

"Moshi, snap out of it!" Yapi shouted.

Moshi didn't react. She gave a quick look at Yapi again. This time, with a dark glare in her eyes. In the next second, Moshi morphed herself. Yapi gasped as the enormous green dragon appeared before he, still remaining with the red eyes, giving the notation that she was still being possessed.

Yin held out both hands, ready to shoot out a spell.

Moshi's dragon form let out a roar, before rushing toward Yapi at great speed.

Yapi gasped, surprised at the sudden rush. She jumped into the air in order to escape the wrathful attack, only to be struck by the dragon. Yapi screamed and flew in sheer pain and surprise from the attack.

Contently and smugly, Moshi transformed back to her yoshi form and smiled.

"I've always wanted to do this for a long time, you know." She said.

"Moshi, snap out of it!" Yapi shouted. "I'm not your enemy, we both know that! Ceive's the one to blame, not me! Attack him, he's got our friends-"

A quick attack from Moshi's dark power cut her off. Yapi fell to the ground again. She was silently whimpering, trying her best to get back up.

"Aw, what's the matter?" Moshi asked. "Can't take the pain?"

"Moshi, I didn't to have to do this, but I will have to fight with full force. I will do whatever it takes to break that hold Ceive's got on you. Otherwise, you'll really kill us!" Yapi shouted.

"Then bring it on, Yapi." Moshi said.

Yapi looked toward Ceive, who was being dis-traced by Teo. In that instant, Yapi flew toward Ceive instead. She dodged Moshi, who gave a look of confusion. She flew right past Teo and Ceive as well. her target was the pile of dolls left unguarded. She lowered her hand and snatched one of them. In her speed, she was unable to save one of the collection, leaving the others behind.

"Thanks..." She heard a telepathically voice respond. Yapi looked at the doll she saved. It was apparently Enrique.

"NO!" Ceive shouted. He tried to throw a punch, only to have it blocked by Teo.

"Leave her be. This fight is between us." Teo said.

"Enrique, it's a god thing I got you back first." Yapi said. "Do you have any ideas out of this mess?"

"I do indeed." Enrique said, as he lay limply in her hand. "But first you'll have to retrieve more of our friends."

Alright, now for another:

Teo quickly dodged the enraged blast of fire that shot at him.

"Oh, you stupid doll." Ceive said in disgust. "What god is fire if it won't burn?!" With that, he chucked the Yoshiken doll on the ground, letting it tumble to a stop. "What other powers does this group have?"

He reached down into the pile of Yoshi dolls, this time reaching a blue Yoshi.

"...ah, this one is one of my first victims. ...Spider, I believe." Ceive said. he gave a chuckle and looked back up. "Yes, he should do just fine."

Teo looked back up and watched as ice began to run down Ceive's arms. Teo gasped, instantly deciding to run.

"Too late!" Ceive shouted. He pointed at Teo with both arms, before shooting a large beam of ice. Teo was fast, however not fast enough. In the few seconds that followed, Teo was struck by the beam. His entire body took no time to become encased in ice, freezing him steady. He looked back and saw Ceive rushing toward him.

Teo growled. He knew it would take more then a sheet of ice to stop him. Trying to turn his hands into fists with what little movement he had, he growled, then tried to transform his body into that of dragon. As he did, the fragments of ice shattered, flying about everywhere.

Ceive came to a skidding stop, making sure to keep a distance from Teo, who was now in his full dragon form.

Ceive took a few steps back, before suddenly turning around. As he did, he tossed the Spider doll behind him, rushing for the rest of the pile. As he turned, he spotted Yapi make a quick flyby, picking up another doll as she flew.

Looking down, she saw that she had reclaimed the Leoshi doll, which was now hanging limply alongside Enrique.

"Leo, are you ok?" She asked.

Leo sounded a bit panicked. "Uh... I-"

"He's fine." Enrique interrupted. "Good work, Yapi."

Yapi nodded, and flew farther away.

"Stop this at once!" Moshi shouted. Yapi looked back and spotted the mind-controlled Yoshi flying after her.

"Hold on." Yapi said.

"How, we can't move." Enique asked.

They where suddenly hit by a beam of dark energy. Yapi gasped and spiraled from the sky, until she crashed into the ground beneath them. As she fell, both of the two Yoshi dolls she has flew from her hands, landing right beside her.

Yapi immediately grabbed both of the dolls and rolled away before Moshi could land back on the ground with great force.

Yapi gasped. "There's no way I can fight while holding onto the two of you. I wish I had pockets right now."

"You don't need to keep us with you. Let us go somewhere, we'll be fine." Leo said.

"No, it'll ruin my plan." Enrique said.

"What is your plan?" Yapi asked, before jumping into the air to dodge a blow by Moshi.

"Ok, try this..." Enrique started.

Meanwhile, Teo finally chased Ceive all the way to the other dolls. As he did, Teo transformed back into his Yoshi form. As he did, he picked up the Yoshiken and Spider dolls that Ceive had previously thrown away.

Ceive jumped for the pile and this time grabbed two dolls. Looking down at the, he examined his pick: Lava and Yoshee.

"I wonder what these two can do?" Ceive asked.

"This won't end well." Teo said, as he held both of the dolls in his two hands. He let them both slide out of his palms, before transforming himself into a dragon once more.

Suddenly, a huge key-blade materialized in front of Ceive. At the end of the blade was a tennis ball with a metal patch (one of her explosive tennis balls).



"Oh dang!" Teo thought, keeping his dragon eyes on the new weapon.

Using Lava's psychic powers, Ceive lifted the new weapon without holding it. It spun around him a few quick times, before launching itself at Teo at full force and speed.

"Uh oh." Teo thought.

Yapi looked up at the sound of an explosion. From nearby, a huge mushroom-cloud flew from where two once stood.

"No, Teo!" Yapi shouted.

But in this quick distraction, Moshi landed a hard punch on Yapi's face. She gave a scream, releasing both of the dolls and falling down onto the ground.

"...it's about time we end this, don't you think?" Moshi asked. She took a few steps forward. As she did, she stepped on both of the dolls, who gave shouts. Still standing right on top of the two, she held a hand out toward Yapi's head. She was going to cast a dark attack and finally end that battle.

"You know, there's something I have always wanted to do to you since you started acting this way." Yapi said.

"What's that, jerk?!" She asked.

Yapi suddenly held out her own hand. It began to glow, as well as her bracelet and necklace.

Moshi looked up and saw a huge boulder of ice falling right toward her. Moshi let out a gasp, right before the huge ice ball conked her right in the head. Moshi closed her eyes and gave a simple "Ow."

But as her eyes opened up again, they where no longer glowing. Moshi was at last freed from Ceive's mind control.

Moshi pointed at Yapi angrily. "I'll deal with you later."

With that, she jumped up into the air and flew off, right into the cloud of smoke.

Yapi gasped, realizing Moshi has at last come to her senses... or at least, the way Moshi was usually. She looked down and saw the two flattened dolls that where once Enrique and Leo.

"...that was 105.65 pounds... of pure evil..." Enrique said... "...ow."

Leo gave a quiet groan, with his own voice muffled into the dirt.

Ceive suddenly looked up and spotted the very enraged Moshi fly right at him. She crashed into him with incredible force, sending him flying, also causing him to let go of the Lava and Yoshee dolls.

Teo, who's body was still emitting smoke from that last blast, was up on his feet, and with his mouth agape in shock.

"Teo!" Yapi shouted from behind. Teo looked back and spotted Yapi rushing toward them with two of the dolls. "Hurry, Collect the dolls while Moshi's got him distracted!"

Holy smokes... *cough* literaly...

I was hopping he wouldn't pick the Yoshee-Lava combo... but at least I wasn't dollafied... worse, both Moshi and I could have been dollafied! That would give a hard time, but I suppose anyone dollafied is deadly... I'm getting un-interesting, aren't I?

Anyways, another sequel to the previous chapter, all leading towards the next Arc... maybe it'll twist and we'll lose the battle, all being dollafied forever, but working under Ceive? Or that would be horrible... I'll stop now before I start blabbing again.
