Isn't this Ceive person a little too old to be playing with dolls? If I could move my tounge, it would be sticking out at him right now for turning into a stupid doll. >_\\ And the only thing we had to do to snap Moshi back to her senses was to bonk her on the head, even I could do that! Ceive slowly got up to his own feet. Though Moshi refused to give the the slightest bit of mercy. She rushed and threw a punch, nailing him directly in the head. He fell back down, smashing into the ground.

Meanwhile, Teo and Yapi rushed to the unguarded collection of dolls, picking them up one by one.

"This is so embarrassing." LD sighed.

"I've been through worse, I guess." Yoshiko added as Teo recovered the doll.

"Me too." Jay said. "To think this is where everyone was going. ...how weird."

"...so... how do we change back?" John asked.

"...so Enrique, you said you had a plan?" Yoshifrog asked.

"I do." Enrique said. "Yapi, are you ready?"

"Wait a little." Yapi said. "I want to see this."

Though the dolls where unable to move their heads to see what was going on, they could all hear the battle.

"I won't give up, I still got three more dolls!" Ceive shouted. It was true. In his pocket was Merier. his head and dangling arms hung out limply. Then, in either of his hands was a small Champ doll, and an Eloeem doll.

"Do whatever you want, I'm more powerful then any of them!" Moshi shouted. With that, she took off into the air, heading directly toward Ceive with an angry expression.

His hand with the Eloeem doll glowed for a second. Suddenly, two small daggers appeared on either wrist, fused to his skin. "Now this is what I am talking about." he said, with a laugh.

He held both fists in front of him, making the two daggers point directly at Moshi.

Moshi slowed herself down, realizing she was flying right toward the weapons. Instead, she took off into the air.

Now, grasping the Champ doll tightly, Ceive laughed as the lower part of his body vanished, being replaced by a green ghostly tail.

Moshi gasped as she watched him fly up after her. She held both of her hands together, and gave a quick blast of dark energy.

Ceive remained in place, letting the attack simply phase through him. It seemed Champ's ghostly powers had made him invincible.

Moshi growled.

"It's time we end this!" Ceive shouted. He held both of his hands together, making a ball of red energy.

"That's it!" Yoshifrog shouted from below. "That's the spell he used to turn us into dolls!"

The ball fired, flying directly at Moshi. She gave a gasp, and created a shield of shadow. The spell bounced off and flew back toward the ground. Teo, who was facing the other way, looked up just in time to spot the spell strike him. He let out a startled yell.

In a second later, a small Teo doll landed on the floor.

"Oh great." Yapi said.

"Yapi, I can't move!" Teo shouted.

"Drat, I missed!" Ceive shouted angrily. "I won't miss again!"

Moshi looked down. She was running out of both energy and options.

"YAPI!!" Teo suddenly shouted.

Both of them looked down and spotted Yapi. She appeared to be in excruciating pain, lying down on the ground.

"I don't think I can fight anymore..." She said.

"Ah... I see I have a bit of a new target now." Ceive said. He held out his hands again. "Say hello to your new life as a doll."

With that, he shot out his spell.

"Yapi, now!" Enrique shouted suddenly.

Yapi jumped upward and held out both of her hands. A shield of light suddenly appeared. The spherical ball bounced off and flew back toward Ceive.

"NO!" he shouted.

It was too late to try to escape the attack. In a second, there was a sudden flash. 4 dolls fell from the sky, crashing into the ground below.

Yapi rushed over to the 4 as she held the rest of the group. Moshi landed beside her.

"Thanks, that was a nice move." Eloeem said.

"It was my idea." Enrique said.

Moshi reached down and picked up the Eloeem, Merier, and Champ dolls. "...don't any of you say I owe you know."

"...uh, yup." Eloeem replied.

Moshi looked down at the Ceive doll. "...and as for you-"

"Don't kill me!" Ceive shouted. "Just go in that temple, you can find the cure for the curse inside!"

Yapi sighed. "I'm glad this is over." She said. Moshi handed her the dolls she had. Yapi nodded and walked into the temple.

Moshi looked down at the Ceive doll.

"...hello there." She said. "I've got a little surprise for you..."

Yapi pushed open the doors of the temple. She walked in, carrying all of the dolls with her.

"...so, what are we looking for now?" LD asked.

Moshi suddenly ran up to them, slamming the door behind them as they walked into the temple. "I'm sorry that I'm late. I had some business to finish."

"...ok." Yapi said, taking a step back.

"Whatever happened to Ceive?" Lava asked.

Moshi gave a chuckle, thinking about the flaming doll outside. "...I'm sure we don't have to worry about him anymore."

When I got dollafied, I thought it was going to be a lot longer... but yapi played her cards right.

Hmmm... how to close this... well, Ceive did admit to where the temple to undo the curse was... maybe he lied? Maybe it's going to undo the curse, but at a price? Maybe the temple teleports people...into the desert?

Alright, it's time for the arc Finale!

The two remaining Yoshis, holding their cargo of dolls, walked into the deeper part of the chamber.

This chamber was a long and empty one, resembling that of a cathedral without the benches. It was completely void of any sort of ornaments, except for the farthest wall. On it was a huge, stained-glass design. That of a book with an open page. A design made it look like a beam of light was shooting from out of the book.

"...What a chamber. How long has this been here?" Yoshiken asked.

"I honestly don't know." Merier replied.

"Ah, someone has come at last." a voice said.

The group turned and spotted a female Yoshi. She was a very light blue, near cyan. She was dressed in a huge old-looking dress that coated her entire body, revealing only her head and her arms.

"Miss Virtuous, you're alive!" Merier shouted.

"...not, I am not truly alive." Virtuous replied.

Merier sounded a bit confused. "...then how come I can see you?"

"...I feel it's time you all learned what has been going on, once and for all." Virtuous said.

"Yes, I think it's time alright." Yin said.

"well, I am sure you all know about that 3,000 year old book that the one you call Leoshi possesses is. And I know that you are all well aware that this temple is the place where the book has come from. I have lured you here for an important reason."

"Then it was you." Leoshi said with realization. "You are the one I saw in my dream, back at the school."

"That was not a dream." Virtuous said. "That was a peak into the future."

"But I saw flames everywhere! What does that mean?" Leoshi asked.

"That this world is in grave danger, just as it was long ago." Virtuous said. "For you see, when I moved to this place with Merier and Ceive, I came across the temple by accident. Keep in mind that was 12 year ago, when Merier was only 10 years old. You see, he was our servant by chance, after his own family passed on. Though I am getting off subject. You see, I found some traces of an old temple that used to be here. So I kept all of my discoveries in a journal. Among them, a spell that is capable of breaking small-to-intermediate curses."

"Really? Then Leoshi can cure us of being dolls with a spell?" Lava asked.

"Yes." Virtuous said. "The name of the spell is "Brilliance."

"Seriously?" Enrique asked. "Hm... weird."

The Leo doll suddenly began to glow, as he held a miniature spell book in his hands.

"Brilliance!" he called out.

Instantly, a beam of light shot upward from the book, and above them like a laser. Then, the light divided into all sorts of separate directions, until they hit all of the dolls.

In the next second, there was a sudden flash. When it ended, the group of startled Yoshis stood there, fully revived.

"Yay, I'm me!" Yoshee shouting, holding both of her chao in glee.

"Finally." Jay added, brushing himself off.

"...then I suppose this mystery is just about solved." Yoshiko said, sheathing his sword.

"No, it's not." Eloeem said. "There's still more that we don't know."

"Right." Yoshiken said.

"Well, continuing from where I left off..." Virtuous paused for a second. "...Ceive found out I discovered the temple. Instantly, his greed caused him to steal my log book of my discoveries, and when I found out... he... killed me."

"So then you're dead?!" Yapi asked.

"This keeps getting more and more illogical every minute." Enrique added.

"Then Merier found out about it all." Virtuous said. "And he decided to take on Ceive alone. Somehow, when Ceive had his back turned, Merier attacked him. I am not quite sure how the battle went, but there was a fall... and Ceive fell down a well. The same well that you all accidentally found, which was later turned into a secret passage way from the resort to the temple. It has been 12 years, and Merier aged from a servant boy to a 22 year old Yoshi. ...though it seemed as if Ceive finally plotted his revenge, and taking people's energy and converting them into dolls... until Yapi and Moshi defeated him."

"Thanks." Yapi said.

"Yeah, whatever." Moshi said. "but where did Merier go?"

The group looked around, and for the first time realized that Merier was nowhere to be found.

"Not a clue. Did he vanish or something?" Spider asked.

"No, he's right there." Yapi said, pointing down at the floor.

Merier was still in his doll form, lying on the ground limply.

"It seems as if the curse on him is too strong to break." Virtuous said.

"...wow, that's a tough break, Merier." Teo said.

"I don't care." Merier said. "As long as Ceive's curse is at an end, then I am happy."

"I have more info to share, now." Virtuous said. "You see, the book holds immense power. As long as it still exists, the world is in constant danger of it's power."

"And destroying it's not an option, because we'll set off enough power to destroy quite a lot..." Moshi said.

"There is a way, however, to get rid of the book for good without destroying it." Virtuous said. "It's said that an equally powerful item, a strange gem, is so strong, that when your curse-breaking spell is cast in it's presence, that the book will disappear, and we'll never have to worry about it again." Virtuous said.

"So let me see if I got this strait." Yoshiken said. "We're supposed to go and find this gem, right? And then we'll be able to end this?"

"That's correct. Little is known about where it is, because it's supposedly in another realm." Virtuous said.

"...and how the heck are we supposed to go to another realm?!" Yoshiken asked.

"It is said that there's a portal somewhere in the sky." Virtuous added. "...but that's all I know about this."

"I see." Yapi said.

"So then, I guess we'll be going then." Teo said.

"Wait, there's one more thing I want to know." Leoshi said. "Why couldn't I cast a spell before?"

"It's temporary powers must have been extracted from it's pages by someone." Virtuous said.

Everyone looked toward Moshi.

"Moshi, I think it's time you told us as well. Why do you want the book?" Yin asked.

"...Alright, since everyone's confessing." Moshi said. "You see, I was about to head off on my own little mission. For you see, a good friend of mine was kidnapped a year ago. I never knew who it was or why. Then, I found out about this 3,000 year old book, and how it had great power. I figured, with that kind of power, I'd have no problem finding my friend. So I've been after the book for a long time, longer then Leo had the book at all. I know I wasn't able to cast any of it's spells, but that didn't mean I couldn't take some of it's powers, you know?"

"...so that's it? That's why you've been so crazy about getting the book?" Yin asked.

"Yes, that is right." Moshi said.

"...you knucklehead." Yin said. She gave a quiet laugh, which would crescendo into a loud laughing fit.

"What's the matter with you!?" Moshi shouted. "This isn't funny!!"

"So then, if this friend of yours was so important, why didn't you just ask the guy with the powers to help you out?" Yin asked, in between her bits of laughter. "You didn't have to insane about trying to sabotage us!"

"Because, you crazy Yoshi, I was worried you'd say no!" Moshi shouted. "Did you consider that?"

The rest of the group watched in confusion as the two yoshis continued to argue. "Who'd have though, huh?" Yoshiken asked.

"So then, what are you going to do about this?" Yapi asked.

"...I know how important a friend can be." Leoshi said. "This is forgivable, but under one condition."

"You're making demands now?" Moshi asked. "Wow, someone's changed since school haven't they?"

"You can continue to stick around as long as you promise to stop trying to sabotage our mission. In return, we'll see what we can do about finding your friend, whoever it is." Leoshi said.

"Yeah Moshi, who is this person?" Yin asked.

"...I kind of don't want to talk about it right now." she replied.

"Whatever, that's fine." Eloeem said. "...so, should we be going now?"

"Oh yes, I suppose so." Enrique said. "...but how are we going to get back up to the ship?"

"I can send you there." Virtuous said.

"Then I suppose this is goodbye." Merier said.

"No, it's not. Don't even think about it." Yoshiken said.

Merier now sounded confused. "...what?"

"You are coming with us." Yapi said. "We'll find a place where we can break this curse."

"...I am, really?" Merier asked.

"Yup." LD said. "So, are we going back to the ship or what?"

"Consider it done." Virtuous said. "Good luck." She gave a snap of her fingers.

In the very next second, they where all suddenly standing on the deck of the Majestuosa.

"Whoa, what the heck?" Lava asked.

"...well, better we get going, then." Yapi said. "...but where to?"

"I heard of an island out at the ocean. You can sail out of the lake through a canal and head right back into the sea. This island has an airport on it, so you'll be able to get into the sky from there, and maybe find your portal?" Merier asked.

"Works for me." Yin said.

"You can count us in too." Yoshiko said, gesturing to both himself and Spider.

"Welcome aboard, then." Enrique said.

"Alright, let's get going!" Eloeem said.

With that, the ever growing crew raised the anchor. The Majestuosa sailed away from the once haunted land and back into the unknown.

Lame ending, I know, and with no action at all. But I needed to end that arc because it was getting old. So then, what comes next? A new arc, a new theme, and a few more adventures added to this one. More coming soon.
