You just send custom levels to other people, or download other people's custom levels. Some of them are really interesting. You have to have other people's friend codes though. Or, you can download three levels from Nintendo that aren't in the normal game.
EDIT: Actually, I was wrong. You don't have to have other people's friend codes. I just thought you did since when I was on there were no people to download levels from, but that's just because not many people have it yet.
