Halloween is when the best parties are, and when all the guys dress up like they're badasses and the girls dress up like sluts. There's some really intense personal expression going on with the costumes. Man, that was a fun night.
Paranormal Activity SUCKS. I've talked to a lot of people about it, and they more or less either really liked it and thought it was terrifying or they thought it was crap. My boyfriend and I went to see it, and, well, we laughed through the whole thing. Yeah, we're assholes like that lmao. That movie is unintentionally hilarious.

Turned 21 last Wednesday. Kurtis's family baked me what they called Vanilla Nilla Pie for my birthday, and it was SO GOOD. Kurtis also taught me how to play Magic The Gathering. Fun stuff!
Also, my mom's buying me a plane ticket to AZ for my birthday. I can finally give my wallet a break, wargh

Well, parents just visited me here at college... exactly what any college student needs to cover up their entire weekend... In other news, my roommates and I have decided to start a web series, but because we're so busy for right now, actually filming it is now at a stand still. But, I have major hopes of getting the first few episodes done by next week. I just hope my roommates are up to it as well and not overbooking themselves again. Once the first few episodes are up, I'll may send a link this way... but there are vulgar terms, so it may not be appropriate for everyone...

Friends will be at my house until December starting tomorrow, so I probably won't be online much, if at all, until then.

If everything goes according to plan I'm going to stay in Poland this summer. Who doesn't want to go to Poland.

I've been dreadfully ill the past two days--it started Sunday as what might have been tonsilitus, and I couldn't eat or drink anything without severe pain, then that was replaced by a full fledged cold or flu by Monday, but today, well, let's just say if it was as bad as it was yesterday, I wouldn't be posting this. I had all the symptoms of Swine Flu, except diarrhoea and vomitting, but I'm still not sure if it was Swine Flu, because if so, it certaintly didn't seem to have the potential to be a lethal virus. I mean, wow, that must've been the quickest and wimpiest illness I've had in my life. What a rip off. Although, I did get a flu shot not too long ago. In the meantime, school's closed today because of tropical storm Ida, even though it hit last night and seems to be over. But, I'm not healthy enough to go, anyway, so I guess that leans in my favor.

I had swine flu in September. Most of my family caught it... I didn't really think it was that bad.
Anyways, the trimester is ending so I have finals this Friday. I just got home from a calculus study group with some of my friends... and wow. Hardly any calculus got done. =P Haha. It was fun. We couldn't focus at all.

Swine Flu? I know someone who got it, they said it was all of what the flu is, and warm and cold feel all the time. It doesn't seem so bad, and it lasts a week. I think we just worry to much.
Back to point: My dog just died a few days ago, he was a great dog. He listened, was calm, didn't do any trouble, that kinda thing. My dog is a mix, I think some Chow, Golden Retriver, maybe German Shepard was in him. And his name was Chewy. Around the age of 14 I think he was. I'll miss him.

I got a call from Mario today reminding me to pick up my copy of New Super Mario Bros. Wii on Sunday. Charles Martinet just didn't seem into it, this time, I'm sorry to admit. Sounded less Mario, more Martinet. Oh, well.
Meanwhile, my H1N1 seems to be pretty dead, now. My nose is still backed up just a little bit, but other than that, everything's ayokay.
I really can't wait until my next PELL check so I can buy Flash. I've got a lot of ideas for games. But, with all these illnesses causing me to miss school days, I'm beginning to wonder if I'll even make it to the end of the semester. Oh, well, I guess I'll just have to shift into overdrive and check in early and leave late.

Hey, I want to get flash, too!... except because that I signed up for a class here at college, so I sorta have to get it. But I'm looking forward to it a lot, since I've always wanted to try animations.

Isn't this an urban legend? Like paying for Photoshop?

Oh, well, I guess I'll just have to shift into overdrive and check in early and leave late. You could buy an older version of Flash for lower price, eg. Flash CS3. It still has AS3 so it's not a big difference from CS4, if that's what you are buying. Student versions are poor because you are not allowed to make anything commercial with them. (a.k.a you are not allowed to upload your stuff to any portal) But then again, everyone pirates everything anyway. Guess how many people in dA have a legit copy of Photoshop...?

Life's pretty rocky, but I won't ditch YC.

Well, I finally got to the interview process in my job search. What I mean is that I had an interview today with a computer company here in Mesa called "2Wire." I had to take a test during the interview though, and in this test, I could only miss 5 questions to still pass, and I missed 6! It sucked. They should have at least some lesser job given to me as a consolation prize for only being off by one XD.
Oh well, back to the drawing boards ^^.

Good luck getting a job Yoshiken~ To support the cause, I'm not getting a job until I'm 18. Some call it my laziness, but I say bah.
My week has been nice. You know why? I can play brawl again. Wrecking other people's morales in the name of Yoshi is a difficult task, but I can manage. Gotta get TRAINING. lol I might convert to Brawl's pink Yoshi. Cuz he's da best.

I feel kind of silly because I've never really gone to this part of the forums and wasn't really sure what it was for. But now that I've taken a glance I suppose I should post here. All I've been doing lately is working. I'm planning to eventually go to college, but I don't know what I'm planning on doing, so I'm waiting it out. I'm a cashier at a grocery store, but they stick me by the registers at the kitchen area, so I end up busing tables and washing dishes a lot too. My feet are killing me, and I'm just happy today's my day off. Other than that, I'm just making plans with my mom to go Christmas shopping next week and planning to spend today laying around the house. Been playing the new Left 4 Dead with my roommate. I don't normally play shooters, but this game's a lot of fun. But I can't figure out why Chargers always come after me.

Running track is my, well my daily dosage of two hours of running. Ok, an hour and 30 minutes.
Went to my violin lesson right after track today, the music made me dizzy and confused.
I still have two and a half weeks of school. My school was like: "No, you don't get two weeks this year. Yadadadada."
Oh yeah, I need to contact Blitzter. He recently showed up on YAF again, not sure about Yoshi's Corner. I don't think I've seen him here. Anyways, I'll get him.
You're going to fight with eight asterisks. Hm, who could it be? Whose name has eight letters? Y-1 o-2 s-3 h-4 i-5 k-6 e-7 n-8
But maybe you should chill and finish those last two weeks of this semester first. There's always winter break. =) The break is for what snake will be doing to his opposition's spine.

Good luck getting a job Yoshiken~ To support the cause, I'm not getting a job until I'm 18. Some call it my laziness, but I say bah. I don't think that's quite the best idea. If you can get a job sooner I suggest you go for it. You're going to need all the advantages you can get as the economy is pretty bad and I think that things are going to get much worse. Besides, it's better to save your protest solidarity for things that you can have an impact on.

I agree with Lazo on that one. It's better to have a job nowadays for college and other stuff like that, so that way, you have experience in living life...or something like that XD

Besides, it's better to save your protest solidarity for things that you can have an impact on. Thanks for the advice. Though I should mention that any time I say something stupid like that, it's usually to get laughs out of people. It happens to me a lot in real life too; people aren't sure how to interpret me at school. Worst scenario is when I don't get a single laugh, but manage to make myself look like I'm actually stupid. Well, I may actually be stupid, depending on what I'm being judged on. I should start throwing sarcasm brackets in my posts again. Heh. Anyways, my day was great. My parents and I went out to buy winter running cloth. They say they won't get me anything for Christmas now, but I don't care. The clothing looks so comfy. Mm.
