... or at least sad come on. I just have a habbit of listening to really sad music so hah!
Motion City Soundtrack - It Had to be You. Screw that song. The begining is so happy and about cooking, romance, traveling and overall adorableness. I mean, any song that mentions 'fighting crime with mangos and limes' should be awesome and upbeat... THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN... 'And after it ends, we'll try to be friends- they say that doesn't kill us makes us who we are' and the mood totally drops to depressing and slow. I cry~
Queen - Underpressure. Their version gets me the most and I don't even know why. Just... *cries* Go away and get me some tissues once it gets to the 'love is such an old fasion word' part. Oh god why.
Oh and... Imogen Heap - Hide and Seek. In your head. Manually.

Hmm. I can't say songs make me cry. But I'll list a few that at least touch me.
Within Temptation - All I Need: I listen to this song a LOT when I'm feeling down. From the soft intro to the louder parts, mixed with the actual lyrics, it really gets to me sometimes.
Within Temptation - Memories: Pretty much the same as with the one listed above, but not long as intensively.
Vengaboys - Forever As One: A pretty old song, and by a group not really considered all that great, but meh. I do remember this song actually bringing tears to my eyes when I was younger.
Marco Borsato - Afscheid Nemen Bestaat Niet (Dutch): A song from my own language, and it's a song that was played at the only funeral I've ever been to thus far, so I sometimes do tend to shed a tear or two with this one. The title is translated to ''Saying goodbye doesn't exist'', so.. yeah. You be the judge.
There are more, and along with those are also some songs from games. And well, when those songs are played in a game it's usually with a sad scene as well, that tends to touch me more than just the song.

Not even one that made you at least a bit emotional?

Well, not really, no. Depends on what kind of music you listen to. I mostly go for happy, uplifting and cheery music, namely of the happy hardcore genre. I don't run into a lot of deep and emotional songs that unfolds a story. Although I'll have to say that one song that really opened up something for me was when my brother showed me an underground hip hop song called Aesop Rock - No Regrets. I'll leave you to the research on what it means to you.

Brother My Brother - Blessed Union of Souls: Yes, the Pokemon- The First Movie song. I'unno. Always loved that song.
Jimmy Eat World - Hear You Me: I honestly just think that it's the girl's background harmonies that get at me for this song. She had a really nice voice.
Aaand.. Savage Garden - Two Beds and a Coffee Machine: This song used to put me to sleep all the time. It's sad but rather soothing.

Usually it is a remix of a good song that I loved years back. So stuff like the remixes that came in SSBB brought a tear to my eyes(Snowman as an example)

The Beatles - Yesterday.
It doesn't actually move me to tears, but it is the most moving sad song I know. I think it's especially telling that Paul didn't resort to any cheap tricks, or showmanship--- just pure melody and emotion.

I've got another gem that is the saddest song I've ever known: Unique - 5 AMIt's like the most emo of all happy hardcore tunes, but this was before emo was really conceived. It's about a man walking down a road, witnessing children playing on the streets only to be reminded that they will lose their innocence one day, and how he wishes to trade his world with a homeless man so he (homeless man) could experience his world instead.
