Please keep the spam down.
I might as well just say, that if you join, mention someone's name after you've joined the chatroom. Those that have clients such as XChat have highlights that get set off when someone mentions their name. Also, If you're gonna join, might as well stick around. I stay in all rooms all day, and I see people coming in, and going in fairly quick succession. No need to be shy or anything. It's only us and Yoshi Lore who are using the server.

Edit: Tommorow, I'm taking my gateway down for the day for maintainence, so all servers will be offline. At the end, with luck, I'll be shifting the IRCd services to the gateway, and I'll keep the gateway up for the week, if performance shows to be keeping well. |

The server will be down during today for maintainence. Afterwhich, the IRCd services should run flawlessly. The fact that the gateway server will be running the chatroom instead, is only temporary until I gain a far better internet provider during november. Before then, I'll be investing in a nice looking Dell Optiplex GX270 to take all the grunt work from Chat Services to test and database services, and the network will remain online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Yes, I want to start a little datacenter.
2 IRCop's, all Admin's here become ChanOp's in the YC's channel, and all mod's become HalfOp's. I think Frog would be suited to being a ChanOp for YC too, since he's in there almost all the time it's up.
I'll shove all services up in the next 4 hours. Chat room will remain down until then.

Server's up, and hopefully for the week for performance testing. Feel free to flock to it in your large numbers and whatever.
The new server is powered by 'Maefaun', a Dell GX150 featuring a single 1Ghz processor, and 198Mb Memory and a 10Gb Quantum Hard drive. Yes, it'll be upgraded mentally once money comes in.
