You seem to have skipped right on by that little detail.

You might be owing up to things now but you are still lying about your intentions and reasons and that is the only reason I'm still posting. You're trying to cover your tracks. It's almost like you're hoping to get a sympathy vote. (might even be working with some people)

I wonder what would have happened if you had edited the image before anyone here, including myself, had the chance to see it?
This is the big problem with telling lies yy. It has made it almost impossible for me to trust a single thing you're saying.
I would like nothing better than to step back from this, but I don't like people getting away with things easy.

The boards had to be brought into this and there is good reason.
If this had been left completely up to ys and yy, I promise you it wouldn't have got anywhere and yoshiart would have already had a big 'update'.

This topic was posted only 4 days ago and now, everything is out in the open and with nothing to hide behind, resolutions are being forced into play far quicker for the benefit of both sites. (ie to limit the damage to both yoshilore and yy's reputation).
Dragon, I know you think it was wrong to bring the boards into this, but it is the boards that have made more progress in 4 days then this whole fiasco has in the entire time leading up to it. We know that the emails were going on in May.
May, that's 4 months that this was dragging on for in private with no sign of getting anywhere.
4 days on the boards, and we're starting to get somewhere.

Controversy really is not good for the boards. But the boards have shown that there really isn't much controversy involved anymore.
At the same time, this has not errupted into a flame war and neither have we seen a flood of topics on the subject.

I don't copyright other people's work to myself like you did. A small proof of this is that I, unlike you, actually have a page solely dedicated to credits.

See? that's why I was afraid of admitting that. I'm being honest, I did not know I was stealing his contents until he proved me by telling me to open that on a text editor, yesterday. He did tell me that for all th sprites. That's why I removed them, I was aware that they were his. If he simply wouldve shown me proof of ownership earlier, and privately, this wouldn't have happened...

Now this is INCREDIBLE, I can't believe you just typed that! What REALLY happened was this:

1.- In early August, I sent you an email asking to remove my content. You did not reply. (by this time, a notice saying that I was no longer using my hotmail address was already in place in my contact page).

2.- I waited the 5 days that I gave you to remove the files, and then proceeded to contact Steve Love, admin of staghosting.com, after seeing that you didn't remove any files & didn't reply.

3.- Steve had a long talk with you, and you told him that I was lying and that none of the files were mine.

4.- I told Steve about the copyright notices in several of the gif animations, and after talking with you about this, either him or you deleted a few of them. But the rest of the files were left intact.

5.- I emailed Steve again telling him that the other files were still there, and on Sept. 13 he responded with this:

To my satisfaction any copyrighted files have been removed. However
there are two sides to each story, my client is saying that the rest

Unfortunately for you, it's not gonna end until you stop lying and delete the files. For starters, you must delete all files on this list:

When you're done, I will examine your entire site to see if there's any of my files left. Now, you have to realize that it would be useless to hide them temporarily, as I WILL notice whenever you add them back because I will keep checking your site from now on. YY STOP LYING! Nothing you say will I believe. You did say you wanted this to end, and if that is true, then start by taking off all the things YS just told you to in his post. I hope this is a lession to you not to steal, and not to lie. You are pushing it over here though, let me say that. Just take the things YS says to off, and we can all stop this. YS is right, he said this isn't going to end until you do that, so do that. It is the right thing to do for one. I do not like it when others steal other peoples work, how dare you do that. Stop the lying, and end this by taking off whats not yours.

I already said that I tried to hide that, because I thought that if people saw that, they would think i purposedfully did, and therefore, think YS is right...

But it turned out to be worse!

Also, BryUK,those emails are from May, but he did NOT tell me to remove the files until mid-August. I've hosted those files for a long time. I got the from other websites that, according to you all, got them from YoshiArt. But YS has sent me a HUGE list of files to remove. How am I supposed to believe him?

I DID reply to your email! I did NOT see the notice about you not using your old email anymore, because I did nto come to your website. It's not my fault that you did not read my email. If I had the notice, do you think I wouldve sent you that email anyway??

And like I already told you, when Steve told me, I DID remove all the files that I am sure i got from your website, except the wav sounds, which I will delete.

I wasn't aware that that gif was from YoshiArt. Again, if I was, I would've removed it already.
