Again, you fail to explain... If you did know that was souls pic, why didn't you just delete it off the site like a good little lad in the first place instead of editing it? Didn't Ocure to you? theres a little somthing called common sense, and every "honest" site builder woul've removed any coprighted material without permission...

YY can't give conclusive proof in his defence while we have already seen for ourselves proof from both myself and ys that has called YY's honesty into serious question.
Trust is hard to earn and easy to break. YY has done an exceptional job of doing almost everything in his power to break peoples trust in his words.
There is little point in us contacting your webhost as for a great deal of this it basically comes down to your word against ys.
Your webhost will not act under such circumstances and you know it.
Maybe you did just make a "little white lie" with that one gif file. Well, you're right, it has made it much worse. Well, these things have consequences and this is why it doesn't pay to lie about these things at all.
That list is 48 files.
16 of which are the wav files you've already said you'd remove.
another 3 are the mp3 files.
So thats 29 files. Far cry from 90 eh?
29 files, a mix of images and mp3's.... I really don't think that's going to destroy your website.
Maybe if you just deleted the file and never said anything about it.
No, what you do is you delete the file there and then make a public announcement straight away admitting the file did contain an aknowledgment, you were using it without permission and so you had deleted it. This would be the correct solution and would have gotten what ys wanted.
You do not edit the acknowedment out of the file and claim the other person is lying.

If you deleted the files we would have no reason to say you deleted them to hide evidence. WE WANTED YOU TO DELETE THE FILES OFF YOUR SITE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!! Actually.. no we wouldn't.. as a matter of fact.. We would've aprreciated if you just Got rid of it right away, without any Editing, To Edit a picture and hide it? Thats much more worse than to just delete it. Don't you think?

Hm. I leave for barely more than a day and we get signs of a flame war breaking out. Yellow Yoshi, what is so difficult about taking down the files requested and trying to get on with this? The faster a compromise (or at least an agreement to the others' terms) is reached, the faster this budding flame war can be nipped and the faster the two sites can be on fairly good terms again.

...Congratulations, Newyoshi. You've managed to simoutaneously confuse about fifteen people.
Anyhow, you sort of say a double statement there; you say that Yoshi Soul is arrogant, and then say that "YL is losing members and you've lost your first one." Yoshi Lore is the site that Yellow Yoshi is the webmaster of, and I am the administrator of the forums there. These forums are Yoshi's Corner, and Yoshi Soul is the webmaster of YoshiArt. It does help sometimes to get your facts straight.
I found your statement rather amusing especially after checking the Yoshi Lore forums and finding that you've registered and posted a few times there.
By the way, you usually come off as more intelligent if you use capital letters and avoid shorthand, Newyoshi. Just a handy tip. =)

Oy, this is what I was afraid of happening.  I just wish the boards and its members weren't so bloody involved in this =\. I don't mind an opinion here and there, but it just annoys me how people can get so touched by something that completely does not concern them. Oy, how can I say this... I was trying to mend things up. I thought that if I could befriend YY, I could get some background info. Then, I could mend things up. YY, sorry, but I've been on ys's side, no one knew. Ys, I thought if I got "behind the scenes" talk with him, I could help mend things. It was a backstabbing way of peace in my mind, instead of a flame war happening, I tried to get info to help solve the matter. God****** I feel like an a**hole. I could have said a friend of mine was using my computer, but I wont take after YY. Sorry everyone  Ys, if you want the small talk me and YY had, I can give it to you. ...
