[2(0)+c -> Wait... which way is the boulder moving now?]
"...It is a shame, really," Leonidas spoke up after watching The Creature become ingulfed in flames "that the youngest ones are always moving so fast, ahead of the group and away from safety. They act like they care..." He lifted the xyston up and moved toward the Lightning Yoshi, smiling "...all they want to do is fight. It'll take more than that to pierce your spirit, boy. From now on you can call me Leonidas. If we are ready to continue, then-" The sound of approaching footsteps from behind stopped his sentence dead.
Without another word he whipped around to face the entrance, bringing the xyston down and using the rear point, as the passage wasn’t wide enough for him to bring the primary one around. “Hold it right there and put your arms in the air!” Any compassion in his voice was gone now, all that was left was the soldier. Only vaguely noting the shouting further down the passage, he brought the hoplon up into a fighting position and waited for the intruder’s move.

Enrique just ran and ran. He periodically looked over his shoulder; the boulder was still some distance away from him. However, the boulder was still going to crush anyone that stopped. It was most definitely illogical to stop running now. He just hopes he doesn't reach a dead end...
There was a slight downhill slope in front of Enrique. "Oh no... The speed of the boulder will increase!" He hit the recession; the downward momentum increased his own speed. There was a small depression, then a medium-sloped hill. He found it difficult to run up the hill, but the boulder would slow down on the hill, and eventually settle in the depression, since there was another slight hill, the downward hill; the boulder would be going back uphill, and the cycle would be going back and forth on the hills until it stopped.
The boulder hit the hill, slowed down slightly, and started going backwards, away from the group.

British had finished reloading his ASMD, only too look up and see the boulder rolling down the corridor threatening to crush the group of five in front of the rest of squad. "Oh... what now?" He could barely hear himself over the deafening noise of the boulder thundering along. British toggled a few switches on his ASMD to set it fire the charged up seed shot. It would be a difficult target, but there was a chance the force of the seed shot being ignited by the beam would have enough energy to pulverise the rock into fragments... or it could cause a fatal cave in and trap everyone under tonnes of rock if he were to miss.
"One chance... As if today can't get any better as it is!
British fired the seed shot onto the rock, and as expected it stuck to it, either awaiting deatomisation by the Beam or just harmlessly dissipating into nothing. In the background he could hear someone shouting to hurry up and fire...
Blanking out all distractions, zooming in and focusing on the target the only sound he could hear was that of his own heartbeat, and a faint rumbling. He didn't have much time, as the boulder was travelling at some speed and the farther away it got would reduce the size of the actual target.
Time almost stood still as British finally pulled the trigger, unleashing the beam that would either save or condemn those in front. The beam hit dead on target... but nothing happened. "What the.. Why is nothing happening?!" British shrugged his shoulders, defeated.
The boulder kept rolling for a few more yards, until the seed finally decided it was time to start exploding. There was brief whining sound, before the whole thing disintegrated into gravel with an almost blinding flash combined with the sound of electrical cracking as a few sparks floated lazily in the air before dissipating. Strangely there was a blue-ish glow that stayed for a few more seconds before fading into darkness again.
British stood staring at the wreckage for a few seconds, dumbstruck. "...It never took that long before."

Yoshiken was relieved to see everyone in one piece and, even tho he hadnt done anything worthy in the latest events, he did not feel ashamed at all because everyone appeared in good condition. Yoshiken refused to put his Katana back into its sheathe until he knew that there would be no more surprising dangers.
Yoshiken spoke not caring who would answer him, "Is everyone alright? what do you say we stay in one group now and move onward."

"Yes! I am fine!" Enrique yelled out to the group on the other side of the boulder rumble.
Enrique crossed the gravel - it was still warm to the touch - and joined the rest of the group. It was time to march on. He didn't know where this tunnel was going to lead, but it would be important to follow. He know that the criminal was on the other side of the tunnel, and he was going to be there to stop whoever they are. He called to the rest of those who had to cross the gravel as well, "Be careful! The gravel is still a little hot!"

Jayshi was tired. He used too much energy from that move.
"Yeah...I'm fine...just...out of breath...Thanks for the...Help Tempest."
He looked around, hearing Enrique about the gravel.
"Well, time to hover. I guess, but, what about the rest?" He turned on his Hover shoes and started hovering.
"Just try to walk quickly so you won't burn your feet, and please, don't trip."

Yoshee stopped, hearing the boulder explode. "Haha, good going everyone." She came up from down the tunnel, grinning. "Umm... are we going to go on now, or should I wait?" That won't happen again... not to me, at least. She decided it would be safer to hang back with the guys with weapons. In the meantime, she fiddled with her Tennis raquet, spinning it in her hands.

YW slowly made his way further in the tunnel, highly curious as to what was going on. He drew closer and closer to the scene of screaming and panic from the others down there, wondering to himself if this was in fact a good idea. Before he had the time to even reconsider, one of them spun and spoke rather sternly at him, barking orders. YW was never one to really follow orders, but, this was different, that figure ahead didn't seem like it was going to take some lip.
"Don't hurt me!" YW croutched a little, putting his hands over his head, looking quite like a coward right now, but who doesn't panic in these situations was beyond him. "I'm... I'm not here to cause any trouble!" he pleaded, "Gah, there I've done it again, I'm a magnet for problems." Not wanting to make matters worst, he did what he was told, slowly raising his hands in the air, still semi-cowering.

"Hmm?" Jayshi turned and saw a Light Blue Yoshi with a Red Cap on. Jayshi walked up to it confused.
"Uhh...hello, anyone there?" He said poking him with the back of his sword. "Are you OK, man?"
This dude looks paralayzed, is he OK?

"Back off, don't touch him." Leonidas pushed the Dragon-like yoshi to the side with his hoplon. He took a step closer and leaned in to get a good look at the intruder, satisfied that he still had what it took, but frowning when looking at the cowering form of this Light Blue Yoshi. Most hostile creatures didn't cower.
He nodded, moving his face even closer to the Light Blue Yoshi. "Look at me." His voice lost it's hard edge and he tilted his head to the side "Do you know what you have gotten yourself in to?"

YW hesitated, his heart pounding quickly for the previous scare he just went through. He slowly breathes in and out deeply, then lowers his hands a little, looking up from his crouthcing position. Before him, a unusually larger yoshi stood, nothing overbearing, yet a good increase in size compared to the average. YW looked him over quickly, his copper coloured skin wasn't like anything he was used to seeing.
After a few seconds of staring at the one that prior to this move was near barking at him to freeze, he spoke up, "N..no. I really don't know what's going on, I saw lots of yoshis come down here, and well, I wanted to know why. So yeah, I tagged along, I..I got curious." The last thing YW wanted was to get accused of something all over again, today was really not his day.

Teo walked over the gravel, his shoes keeping most of the heat from seeping through. As he came back to the others, he saw a newcomer with a red cap (I'm guessing we all forgot about the other guy that lazo introduced...) who seemed to be cowering on the floor, the big yoshi standing over him. Teo crossed his arms as he listened to the yoshi. He had come from the museum entrance, so he couldn't have been a bad intruder...Teo was just suprised they'd let so many people in like that without permission.
Teo turned back to the side of the tunnel where the rock had chased him. "We should get going, if we can't get to the Ecstacy egg fast, we will all be miserable and yoshi's island will crumble like a rotten cookie...and this time, only ONE person takes the lead for traps...and I volunteer," Teo said. "We don't have time for proper introductions..." he gazed at the cowering yoshis cap "...YW, now let's get going..." Teo took the lead, looking for traps more alertly, and making sure he got a good lead if one did spring up...in fact, there were a few. Arrows, spikes, and even fumes, all of which were seen. The holes and traps in the floor were a tad obvious, and disarmed from afar. Let's hope we didn't have to stay here for long...

"Alright, then." No one seemed likely to answer a second time since she had joined the group. She might as well have been a rock. Yoshee waited until the big Yoshi walked off, then came up to the newcomer. "Don't be so scared, okay? It's not like we're going to eat you. I'm Yoshee, by the way." I held out my hand as Teo ran ahead.

Tempest stood up, feeling a bit more relaxed now that they weren't having their lives threatened. He looked to Yoshee, and the newcomer.
"Let's move on." The group started to move slowly, following Teo as he scouted ahead for traps. Tempest looked ahead, supporting himself by putting one hand on the walls.
Where does this tunnel lead? Tempest couldn't even think of any guesses. The tunnels winded and turned around and around and Tempest had no idea what direction they were headed. He wasn't even sure if these tunnels leaded anywhere, and if he would ever be reunited with the sky. Just as Tempest was thinking this, he looked ahead and saw light pouring into the tunnel. An opening! They were finally at the end! Teo had stopped moving in front of them, and Tempest looked to see why. His heart sank, as he saw a giant muscular cyclops, at least 10 feet tall, with orange scaly skin and a steel club in his right hand. Even more terrifying was his yellow eye, with a small pupil, and the fact that four arms protruded from his body. The cyclops was blocking the way to the exit, and it didn't look like he was going to move peacefully. Tempest's heart started to beat as he stared beyond this gruesome cyclops, and saw the light pouring into some room, from a window. So the tunnel leaded into somehwere indoors. A window.. that was connected to the outside sky.
"Wait.., we're close to the surface." Tempest paused, and closed his eyes. He could weakly feel the sky's presence upon the top of the tunnel. However, there was probably a roof and not to mention the layer of earth that was above them. Within a millisecond after Tempest had spoken, the cyclops sprang, and with his four humongous arms, grabbed Yoshiken, Leonidas, Teo, and Jayshi. His giant hands crushed their bodies tightly within his grasp, rendering their limbs useless. All Tempest could do was watch..

Enrique's eyes widened at the sight of the cyclops. The thing was enormous to him. He also saw four of the group being held hostage by the horrible creature. "Oh no... What am I going to do now...? It was hard for him to think. He was afraid that if he attacked the cyclops, he would probably get crushed by the beast as well. He saw the light that Tempest had just pointed out. "Finally, we'll make it out of here..." But the cyclops had to be taken care of first. And Enrique didn't know what to do...

The huge cyclops stood in front of the exit and was now holding four of the "team" in its strong grasp. Everyone seemed to be at a loss for an idea, Tycho looked at the cyclops closely and then came up with what he thought was a brilliant idea. Tycho again lit up one of his hands in the blue flame and picked up a rock, after a minute it began to glow a dull red from the heat, he aimed carefully and tossed the rock at the cyclop's eye. The rock missed by inches and instead bounced off the side of its head, enraging it; Tycho picked up another rock, but the cyclops had begun to charge at him and was closing in fast...

British just stared up at the cyclops and shook his head. "As if today could even get any worse..." He went to slam in a fresh charge to his ASMD, but much to his dismay they were both only about a quarter powered. "...Apparently it canget worse. I should have stayed in bed this morning!"
He pulled the FN P90 out and loaded in a new charge and began firing at the cyclops, but apparently its hide was far too tough to allow any shots to actually do anything than be harmlessly shrugged off. He went through the entire 50 round clip and if anything, it just made the cyclops more angry. It made a move to try and kick British over, but he swiftly dodged it and tried to reload the P90, but naturally the other spare magazine was still charging. "Argh, there isn't even enough energy here to get a full charge on these things!" He pulled out one of the ASMD chargers and the P90 magazine in a vain attempt to let the other ASMD charge that was still in there faster as the energy wouldn't be split between three sources.
Only left with a backup pistol, it seemed fruitless to try firing at the same place, and decided the best course of action would be to shoot it in the face, as there was more of a chance its armour plated hide would be weaker there. Unloading most of the ammo at its hideous face, this also had pretty much zero effect, until by chance a couple of bullets happened to land in its eye.
The cyclops let out a pained roar and dropped Leonidas to the ground. British has only just realised that this was probably the only chance that they would get to take down this thing. "Everyone, go for the eye, thats its---" before he could even finish his sentence the Cyclops had already recovered enough to pick up its weapon of choice, and before British could notice what was happening the Cyclops had smashed him with the club sending him flying into the wall.
He stayed against the wall for a beat, before sliding down the wall to crumple in an unconscious heap.

Yoshiken felt his body being crushed, he could hardly breathe, he had to think and act quickly.
"GAhhh" Yoshiken couldnt scream for help or anything.
Yoshikens only chance was to somehow make the Cyclops open his hand up, but he couldnt move at all, but maybe he didnt have to move he thought. With that intention he started to heat himself up. he was going to engulf himself in his own fire.
Yoshiken has done it many times before. It didnt bother him at all. He only hoped he could do it before he was crushed. the heat started rising! it was working! different parts of his body started to emit flames. The Cyclops couldnt hold his grip any longer and he let go in a sort of scream of pain from his hand.
Yoshiken simply dropped to the ground and started gasping for air. He couldnt even stand up let alone fight at this condition. He dragged himself to the back of the group and layed there trying to regain his strength and air back.

We had walked a long way, and just as Teo thought the situation was hopeless, he saw light...
"LIGHT!! Air!" He waited for the others to come as they joined him, but to Teo's horror as he turned back, a giganting cyclops stood in the way. It reacted fast for one with such weight and grabbed Jayshi, Leonidas, Yoshiken, and himself, immobilizing him completely, eliminating the possibility of a number of spells, and so far, he could not turn into any other shapes this whole adventure...he'd mold with the giant right now if he were to shapeshift...something told him he wouldn't be shapeshifting this whole adventure...
"ARGH!!" Teo was in distress from the cyclops, he had to find a solution. Teo saw that Tempests power was charged by the outdoors...but Teo couldn't help in this position, he had to face it, he was helpless. A thought struck, "Guys! He's weaponless! Just watch out for his feet!!" Meanwhile, Teo thought...he usually swallowed useful things before an adventure that could be regurgitated, and as he tried, he only managed to vomit. "Yuck..." he said, looking at the spot on the cyclopses hand.
If Teo could do nothing, he would have to just give tips on how to beat it...but it seemed a formidable opponent for anyone, what could be it's weak point...
EDIT:
The monster did manage to drop Leonidas (purposfully it seemed) to pick up its club. Eventually, Yoshiken was dropped because Yoshiken lit ablaze...Teo just knew he had something up his sleeve...but he realized he had nothing...so he did the next best thing...he pucked at it...hoping for an answer.

"AW MAN!" He was captured, he hardly couldn't move.
"Alright you big ugly cyclops! I'll give you the count of 3 to let go! One...Two...Times Up!" Jayshi's eyes glowed bright green, then it felt like a hurricane was coming through. Wind surrounded Jayshi, causing alot of small rocks to circle. Jayshi eyes grew brighter. as soon as that happen, visble blades in the wind was seen, cutting the cyclops's hand. He quickly let go from the pain, letting Jayshi go. Jayshi's eyes were still glowing, he jumped back with his sword out. "Here. Here's a little Dragon Fang Attack!" He quickly swished his sword in different directions, then blasting a strong wind in his face. He quickly jmped back to the ground. Eyes were still glowing, keeping his power up.
"Let's go everyone. Attack!"
