Yoshikenitis was this one RP on the messageboard where I tried to implant bugs into people filled with my DNA that would turn them into Yoshiken clones that would do all my evil bidding XD.

Lava looked up, noticing the sudden amount of activity going on, on board the enemy ship. He signaled his friends to follow him. Making sure that nobody was looking, he and his friends had jumped when the ships colided before. Now, hidden aboard the enemy ship.

Lava and his friends watched from a higher deck, when the battle on the lower decks was taking place. They watched to the point where Leo was hit by a counter move.

"...dang, that's got to hurt." Fantasy Guy commented, after observing the attack.

"We will have to worry about him later." Lava said. "Right now, we got to worry about finishing or own mission."

Lava ran ahead toward a door, where nobody was gaurding. He looked around, then directed his three friends to follow, quickly and quietly.

Lava made it into a hallway. The battle could still be heard going on above them, but they paid no attention.

"Where is this place, anyway?" Lava telepathically asked his friends.

"How the heck should I know?" Treyba replied, who was now a little ticked off.

"Well, you didn't have to be so mean about it." Lava replied, before walking back and continuing down the hallway.

There was a staircase at the end of the corridor, which lead into a dark chamber.

"We are on A deck, and these stairs lead to B deck. If I'm correct, and I think I am, there are 5 decks and then a storage level." Lava thought.

"...sure, Lava." Velvet thought back.

They all followed Lava down the stairs, into what seemed like pitch-darkness.

The only light provided down here where the lights of torches, lined on the wooden, slightly decaying walls.

"What happened down here?" Treyba asked.

There where slash marks on the walls, and skid marks on the floor. A shoe was left on the ground.

"...I don't want to know." Lava said.

"But it could be important." Fantasy guy said.

"Is it really important though." Velvet replied.

They continued down the hallway. As they reached the end of the corridor, where the next set of stairs lead down, they realizing the scratces and scrapes on the wooden floors and walls where like a trial leading down.

"It looks like there was some sort of battle." Lava commented. He took his finger and rubbed it against a scratch on the walls. He gave a whimper and puleld it back. "Dang, that's a deep scratch. Whatever fought down here has great power, and appearantly huge claws!"

"Can we go back now?" Treyba asked.

"No, I smell a clue!" Lava said, before walking further down the stairs.

The others exchanged glances, questioning his sanity within their own minds before following.

This hall looked even worse. The scracthes in here had double in size and quanity, and by the looks of it, the battle only got worse up ahead.

As they ground arrived at the stairs to D deck down below, they could see some gruesome signs. Small smudges of some red substance where visisble on the slices.

"...wow." Lava said.

"Please, can we go back?" Treyba repeated. "I'm worried about what kind of thing is at the end of this disturbing trail."

Lava sighed. "There's only one way to find out, we both know that."

He led the groud further down the stairs. As they made it down into D deck, there where a few more red stains on the wall.

"Don't touch anything." Fantasy guy said.

"Like I want to!" Treyba shouted back.

Fantasy guy and Velvet both clamped their hands on his face. "We don't know if whatever did this is still here. These marks could have been made as early as five seconds ago."

He gave another whimper, but still followed.

At the end of this corridor was yet another staircase, leading down to E deck.

As the group walked in, they gasped.

It looked like something smashed into the wall at the end of the hall, because wood was shattered everywhere, and there was a hole in the wall.

They slowly approached the site where the hole was.

From the looks of it, a pile of wood was covering something.

"...move the wood." Lava said.

"Are you crazy?!" Treyba asked.

Velvet covered up the goomba's face. "Are you?"

Everyone went silent, as Lava slowly reached for the shattered planks. His fingertips grabbed ahold of the shards of wood. He closed his eyes, not daring to see what he was unvieling, and ripped them off as hard as he could. The planks fell behind him and clattered on the floor.

The group gave collective screams from behind him. Lava didn't want to open his eyes. "What is it?"

Treyba let out another scream.

"...Lava..." Fantasy guy sounded completly mortified. "...look... but don't scream."

Lavav's curiosty got the better of him. He slowly opened one of his eyes.. instantly, the sight of what he uncovered made they both pop open. "AHHHH, it's a-"

What to know? Man, I am annoying with these cliffhangers, aren't I? I was going to make it longer, but I felt that was a decent point to leave it. Alright, I'll get the next on up soon

Yoshiken's focus was diverted back to Charfg. Yapi and LD, along with himself had surrounded the pirate captain.

"Poor Yoshiken..." Charfg continued. "Do tell, what was it like to be evil? Don't you recall those day long ago? The days of Yoshikenitis?"

"Stop." Yoshiken said. "You are sentencing yourself toward your own doom."

"Hm... ah." Charfg said, with a smug expression. "I have done my research. Don't you remember? The days of Light and Dark? When you hired legions of followers to do you biddings? You vowed to destroy everything that got in your path. Your flames were a symbol of chaos."

"Shut up." Yoshiken said, looking down. "Don't you realize it? That was long ago. I am not evil anymore."

"True, your heart had grown. I can't explain it, but something made you good. Something changed you, someday. I don't know what it was, but it did. Pity, you where such a great villain."

"What happen in my past is none of your business." Yoshiken said. "So do us all a favor and just shut up."

"Of course, it's obvious now." LD said. "I think I remember this guy before, on wanted posters back at Yoshi City."

Yapi couldn't believe her ears. "...It can't be true. Yoshiken is too nice. Have save that town, he could never have been evil."

"Face it." LD said. "It's a little painful, but not I realize everything Charfg said is true."

LD looked back toward Yoshiken. "I can't believe I was stupid enough to trust you."

"Don't you see what's going on?" Yoshiken replied. "Charfg is trying to get us to defeat ourselves!"

"Yoshiken, I'm not going to listen to you. I have only been here for a while, but that's all I needed to have."

"We can deal with this later." Yoshiken said. He lifted up his flaming katana and pointed it at Charfg. "I will deal with this jerk. You two need to find Leoshi. He is out cold, and the book is unprotected."

"Do you mean deal with, or make a deal with?" LD asked.

"LD..." Yapi sighed. "Come on."

The two of them walked away, leaving Yoshiken and LD alone.

"Now we get to see just how powerful you are." Charfg said, raising his own blade.

"I think you have caused enough trouble." Yoshiken said. "I will do the world a favor by ridding you of it."

Charfg smirked. "Now that sounds like the true Yoshiken."

The two of them charged at one another. Their blades clanged together, though Yoshiken's flaming power prevailed, and sent Charfg flying. He landed on his feet and charged again. Yoshiken gasped, without enough reaction time, he was easily struck again. he flew through the air, much farther because he was so aerodynamic. he hit the railings of the enemy ship and crashed, coming inches from falling into the water.

Yoshiken groaned and got back up, his katana now brighter. He growled and jumped into the air. As he fly, he began to spiral. slow at first, but then faster. The faster he spun, holding out the flaming blade, the more he looked like a spinning projectile.

Indeed, that is what it appeared to be. A huge, red, spiraling thing, with a swirling fire pattern as he held the sword out in front of him, was headed directly for Charfg.

Charfg laughed again. "This is the power of the world's best pyro-blade's man?" he held up his own blade, then slashed it outward.

His aim was perfect. Yoshiken gasped and spiraled out of control. His smashed into the sail mast, causing both ships to shake.

"...fool. You are no longer feared." Charfg said.

Yoshiken slowly got up and whipped his face. "You have no idea what you have done. I swear you will regret this!"

"Here he is!" Yapi said.

She led LD over to Leo, who was still seeming motionless.

Yapi put her hand on his neck. "He is barley breathing."

"Wow, we are more powerful then we thought." LD said.

"Oh no..." Yapi said. "The book is gone!"

"What?" LD asked.

"It's true!" Someone must have taken the book in all of this madness!" Yapi said.

"Great." LD sighed. He looked at Leo, who looked like a complete mess. His hair was messed up, even more so then usual. His jacket was covered in rips and unzipped, exposing more of his chest then he ever willingly did. Both of his glasses were shattered, with glass all over the deck. Even though his eyes where closed, it appeared that a small drop of water that was slowly streaming down his face. It wasn't the ocean either, it looked like a tear drop.

"We have to get the book back." LD said. "Leo won't be up for a while, and he obviously isn't capable of protecting it alone."

"Ok." Yapi said, getting up. "I'll search below, you search here."

Both of them ran, leaving Leo alone.

Lava gasped as he saw what was hidden beneath the planks. "AHHHH, it's a skull!"

Indeed it was. A dry bones skull.

"It's obvious somebody fought a dry bones pirate and won here." Velvet said.

"Yeah, but then who?" Lava replied.

"...let's keep going." Fantasy guy said.

"If we must." Treyba said.

Lava sighed. "Come on."

They continued into the dark abyss of the dungeon-esque chambers, until they found the very end of the hallway. At the end was a barred door. Beyond in, imprisoned within it's keep, where two creatures, concealed by shadow.

"...What's that?" Fantasy guy asked.

"A prison..." Lava said. "...it looks like these people had prisoners with them... this is horrible."

The two locked-up hostages said nothing. They where either asleep or knocked out.

"...Fantasy guy, Velvet T." Lava said. "Help me pry open the door!"

However, he was interrupted as he felt the edge of a knife against his neck. "You aren't doing anything."

Yup, that's it for now. Yoshiken, if you can provide more of your character history in a PM, that would be very helpful. No, I haven't forgotten about the other characters, they will have much more important roles next time. Okay, I'll get the next one done soon
