Thanks everyone, and here's my next:
-------------------------------------------
The startled village gasped at the sound of an explosion. They all looked up to the top of the cliff and saw an explosion.
"What's going on up there?" a villager asked.
Suddenly, a koopa rushed toward the area. It was the second of the two Koopa pilots who crash-landed on the island before. "The airport is under attack!"
"Not just the airport, the entire island. First nobody can fly, then that crater shows up in the center of town, then this! It's obvious that someone's trying to blow us up!" the villager shouted back.
The pilot looked up to the airport. "Parakoop... with the path blown away, it's impossible to get up there. We will have to hope for the best, and prepare for the worst."
-----------------------------------------------
"Whoa, what a jerk." Yoshee said. "That guy almost blew up the plane before we could finish it."
"It's safe now." Moshi said. "...he only brought one bomb with him." She placed her hands on her hips. "It's not like this guy's much of a threat. As a matter of fact, I'll take him on."
"We all will." Jay said, looking strait ahead.
Ansem gave a chortle. "...you all underestimate me, you know."
"What do you mean by that?" Yin asked.
Ansem looked up. With a single snap of his finger, there was a sudden whistling sound. a few bomb-ombs jumped up to the peak of the cliff, landing aside him. Like an obedient army, they stood by him, about 12 in total, awaiting his command.
Moshi decided this was her time to act. She ran ahead of the rest of the group, rushing down the runway with dark energy coursing down her arms. She knew that if she made any direct attacks on Ansem, that she's blow the entire general area up. Instead of making a direct attack, she stopped and stood nearby Ansem, between him and the airport.
"What is she doing?" Yin thought. "She can't fly, and she surely can't fight without taking out everyone on this platform."
Moshi suddenly tilted her head back toward the group. She seemed a bit serious when she gave them all a stern look. "What are you waiting for?"
They all looked at her, worried for their own safety. "Moshi, we can't attack." Spider said.
"Of course you can't!" She shouted. "I will! Just hurry up and finish with that plane!"
"But you can't attack either!" Yoshee shouted.
"No kidding!" Moshi shouted. "I'm going to defend! Now hurry and build that thing or else!"
-----------------------------------------------------
Everyone ran to the chamber where Yapi had called them to.
“You won’t believe this!” Yapi shouted. “Look!”
She pointed to three bodies, lying down on the floor. Lava looked the most concerned, because he thrust himself through the rest of the crowd. “No!”
“It’s them!” Yoshiko said. He looked down at the floor and realized the identities of the three who where lying down. “Treyba, Fantasy Guy, Velvet T…”
“What the heck happened to them?” Yoshiken asked.
Yapi knelt down aside them. She placed her hand on their wrists.
“They’re all alive.” Yapi said. “They’re not injured, but for some reason out cold.”
“They last time I saw them, they where under the control of the principal.” Lava said. “But how did they end up here?”
“This was too easy.” Eloeem said. “I’ll bet anything we’ve walked into a trap.”
The group slowly walk toward the fallen buddies of Lava’s.
“The principal’s probably hiding around the corner or something.” Yoshiko said.
The group looked in all directions, but there wasn’t a soul around.
“Maybe the principal abandoned them here.” Lava said.
The group reached them. Laval picked up Velvet, as other members of their group held the other two.
“So what now? Do we leave, or do we stay and try to find that flying thing that Ambi told us about?” Yoshiken asked.
“Let’s keep them with us.” Lava said. “We came in as a group, we’ll leave as a group.”
The rest of the team nodded and walked off with the fallen friends of Lava’s. Now, back into the old, broken down house, they continued to proceed. The door at the end of the hall was left open, revealing a staircase leading up. Sunlight was pouring in from the broken windows and holes in the walls. Slowly, one by one, they walked up the stairs. They gave loud creaks and groans in complaint as they walked.
“Watch it, we don’t want to end our journey early now, do we?” Yoshiken asked.
They walked slower as they proceeded up the stairs. At the top was a balcony that overlooked the stair case. It seemed to have once had railings, but where all broken off. The floor itself looked like there was once a carpet, a red one with yellow ornate designs. Though there was now a wooden floor, with small shards of the rug lying about. From the balcony, there was another hallway. This one, however, was different. The ceiling and roof was gone, leaving it open to the air and sunlight to pour in. The doorways to the other rooms where all broken. Some doors lay open, other where hanging limply from their hinges, others on the floor, and a couple of doors where even gone, leaving an empty shaft.
“What the heck happened here?” Yoshiko asked.
“Maybe there was a storm a few years back.” Teo said. “I’ll bet since nobody was here to board it up, it got totaled.”
“Then how can we know the thing we’re looking for is still here?” Yoshifrog asked.
“We’ll just have to chance it.” Teo said.
The group continued through the hallways. Leoshi, who was in the rear, looked into one of the empty doorways. The room he saw was ripped apart and empty. All that remained standing was a bed.
Leoshi’s eyes widened. “…that’s my old room.” he thought.
--------------------------------------------------------------------- Flashback ---------------------------------------------------------------------
Leoshi was thrown into his room.
“…and next time, think before you break my property, you brat!” the criminal shouted, before slamming the door and locking him in.
Leoshi sighed. He threw himself on his bed and looked up at the ceiling. It had been a long a dreadful day, but of course, the usual when you’re been kidnapped to do a criminal’s bidding. Leoshi rolled and place his face into his pillow. He didn’t hold back, he let himself cry. Hopefully, he’d fall asleep and ease his own pain.
However, he was interrupted by a small tapping sound.
Leoshi ignored the tap, assuming it was a rat, and kept himself on his bed, face down.
There was another tap, but louder. Leoshi slowly looked up. “…Hm…?”
Suddenly, there was a much louder noise. A rock flew through the window, shattering the glass. Leo screamed, assuming he was under attack, and dove under his bed.
“Anyone there? Is there a kid in there?” a voice asked. It was female, and no older then Leoshi was at the age of 7.
Leoshi got out from the bed, and walked over to the window. He looked down and saw a small female yoshi.
“Sorry I broke your window.” She said. “I don’t know my own strength.”
Leoshi just stood there. “What do you want?” he asked. “Are you trying to hurt me?”
“No.” She said. “But I got the feeling that there was a kid in his house, and I was right!” she said. ‘That guy who lives here said he always lived alone.”
“That’s a lie.” Leoshi said. “I have lived here for my whole life.”
“Whoa.” She said in an astonished child’s voice. “He never said anything to the island about it. What are you doing there, anyhow.”
“He keeps me here.” Leoshi said. “I work here as his servant. And I have to do it.”
“That’s mean.” She shouted. “And I thought that the owner of the mansion was a nice guy.”
“It is mean?” Leoshi asked. “He said all parents are supposed to act like that.”
“Then he’s a big liar!” Ambi shouted.
Leo could hear someone running up the stairs, most likely the criminal investigating the sound of the glass shattering.
“My name’s Ambioshi, what’s yours?” the little yoshi asked from below.
“I’m Leoshi.” Leo said.
“Wanna be friends?” She asked.
Leo looked back and could hear the lock being turned.
“Ambi, please run to town as fast as you can!” Leoshi shouted as loud as he could. “Get help, please!”
Ambioshi looked confused. “Alrighty.” She said, before running into town.
The door burst open, and criminal looked infuriated. “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!”
Leoshi realized that the criminal heard it all.
Leoshi tried to sound brave. “Ambi is on her way into town. She will tell them everything. It’s over.”
“No, it’s not.” the criminal said. “I have the upper hand…” the criminal held a knife. “You try to leave, and…”
------------------------------------------------------------- End Flashback -------------------------------------------------------------
It had been a few long years since that incident, and being back in the same spot gave Leoshi the chills.
He looked ahead, and suddenly realized that in his daydreaming, he hadn’t realized the rest of the group proceeded without him.
“Hello?” he asked. Leoshi walked away from the site of his old room and proceeded down the hallways. He reached the next room. This one looked untouched. It was a dark room, filled with mirrors and an ornate bed. A gold chandelier hung from the ceiling.
“…it’s my master’s old room.” Leoshi said aloud.
No sooner had he walked in, the door slammed shut.
“And here we are again.” a dark voice said.
Leoshi recognized the voice instantly. “It’s you again.”
Dark Leoshi’s face appeared in all of the mirrors, looking at him from all directions.
“Aw, look.” the dark one taunted. “The little kid is lost.”
Leoshi held the book in his tiny hands. “Ze-Shidome!”
The ball of light struck some of the mirrors, giving a loud crashing noise.
Dark Leoshi’s face switched to a mirror on the opposite end of the room. Leo turned around and pointed at that mirror.
“Brilliance!”
The beam of light shot from his hand, and hit the mirror. It bounced off and struck a few other mirrors. The last mirror bounced it back to Leoshi. He gasped and fell. But he was far from defeated.
“Transmorphous!” he called out. This time, a crocodile’s jaw chomped down on the glass mirror, shattering it to pieces.
Though Leoshi turned his head and spotted Dark Leoshi’s reflection in another mirror. Leoshi turned back into his child form.
“If you keep appearing in these mirrors, I’ll have to destroy them all!” Leoshi shouted.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
“What’s going on in there?” Yoshifrog asked.
“It sounds like there’s a battle!” Yoshiken shouted.
“Let’s go see, right now!” Yoshiko shouted.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s it, for now. More on the way.

OK, ready again. Thanks everyone, and here's what I got next:
------------------------------------------
Moshi groaned, with her body now smoking as the first of the bomb-ombs struck her body.
"Moshi, let me fight!" Yin shouted. "You're not going to last much longer if you-"
"Yin, shut up!" Moshi shouted. "I can't focus when you keep yelling like that!"
"Well I have to do something." Yin said.
"Then help the others fix that plane. As soon as you're ready, I better see that thing up in the air!" Moshi shouted. But in her own distraction, she felt the second bomb-omb strike her back and explode. She gave a scream of pain and slowly collapsed on the floor.
"Moshi!" Yin shouted. "That little fool."
"I..." Moshi groaned lying down on the floor. "...heard that."
Yin looked back to the rest of her friends who were still working on the plane, then again on the runway, where Ansem was continuing his trip toward them.
Yin decided to rush ahead toward Ansem. Still, she was about 50 feet from Ansem and his bomb-ombs. Ansem held both of his hands into a horizontal position. Two more of his bomb soldiers jumped onto his heads, ready for him to throw them both. Yin watched his movements. As he began to throw, she revealed two kunei knives and let them fly through the air. As they finally crashed against one another, they exploded very close to Ansem, not hitting him but causing him to lose his balance.
She looked back the glider, that looked almost ready to go. "HURRY UP!!"
----------------------------------------------------------
Leoshi looked as he destroyed the final mirror. His young form's eye scanned the room but saw nothing.
He gave a sigh of relief as he realized he was alone again. "...finally..."
He suddenly felt himself fall backward. Something grabbed him, pulling at his shirt. He expected to slam onto the floorboards, but instead of hitting the floor, he kept falling. Something was not right, because now he for some reason could see nothing. And for some odd reason, he continued his decent, not sure what was going on or where he was going.
-------------------------------------------------
The door sudden burst open, revealing the rest of the group. "What the heck was that?" Yoshiko asked.
"Not sure... wow, this room's been beat up." Yoshiken said.
"Somebody was just here." Yapi said. She looked around. "Hey, anyone else realize that little yoshi is gone?"
"Speaking of missing, where has Leo been?" Teo asked. "I haven't seen him since this morning."
"Hopefully, he's safer then we are." Yoshifrog said.
The explored the room carefully. "There's nothing in here but broken glass." Lava said.
"Are you sure?" Eloeem asked. "I mean, did you search throughly?"
"I swear I did, there's nothing here." Lava said. "Let's go already."
They looked up into the sky, being able to do so through a hole in the roof. The sky was turning to an orange.
"Not cool." Teo said. "The sun's going to set soon, this is not cool at all."
"Come on, we have to keep out wits about us." Yoshifrog said. 'Let's just find that thing and get the heck out of here, alright?"
They walked out of the door and gasped.
"That the-" Yoshiko asked. "This is not the same hallway."
Yapi gasped. "Are you sure, I mean-"
"This is a different hallway." Yoshiko said. "How are we doing this, trading different halls and stuff."
--------------------------------------------------
That's it for now. Things are just getting harder and harder... yup.

Woah smokes!! With Leo now missing, Ansem proving himself a strong foe, and the rest of the group stuck in a maze, I don't know what else could go wrong! I'd probably have gotten writers block back at the ship scene if I was writing. I don't know how you do it, but you do it well!
