Thanks, again! Here's another:
-----------------------------------------
They arrived at the school right after the incident. In a surprising act of luck, they snuck back into their own classes undetected. The English teacher may have been mean, but not that smart.
The rest of the school day ran through without anymore problems. At the school bell, Leoshi decided to run back to the dorm.
He walked into the room, which was still a complete mess, because had didn't have time to clean it before. He sighed and let go of the book, which landed on his overturned mattress. He fell down on the floor and sighed.
"What a day. At this rate, I wonder if I'll have to time to actually do schoolwork." he thought. He looked around. The room was silent, aside from the wind blowing in from the opened (and cracked) window.
The door opened up, and Lava walked on inside.
"Still haven't cleaned it up?" Lava asked.
Leoshi sighed.
"...yeah. Just wanted to know. The rest of the group's headed to the pizza place on the other side of the city. Want to come, or what?"
"...fine." Leoshi said, as if in a defeated tone.
"Sweet. We'll be waiting there." Lava said. With that, he shut the door.
Leoshi looked around his dorm. "For safety reasons, I guess I'd better take the book, in-case the one who trashed my room returns to finish the job." he thought.
----------------------------------------
He walked off the school campus and onto the city streets. It was quite the impressive city: others walking to and fro, cars and trucks zooming by, sounds of all sorts coming from all directions.
It would be nice, to take the rest of the day off. And with this being a Friday, he had the entire weekend to look forward to.
He placed his hand in his pockets, then proceeded down the sidewalks. To blend in, he said nothing, accept to observe the sights. People of all sorts roamed the streets as well. It was a little over populated, but being Yoshi City, that was to be expected.
At last, he came across a small building with the word: PIZZA on it.
"This should be the place." he said, before walking in.
The bell gave a ring as he walked through the doorway. The sound of the radio played quietly in the room, as chatter filled the room. At one table sat the others, chatting in their own conversation.
"Oh, it's Leo! Hey, there!" Yoshee said.
"C'mon, grab a seat!" Lava said.
Leoshi found an empty spot and sat down.
Yoshifrog was sitting, humming as she was sketching on a pad of tracing paper.
"What are you drawing?" Leoshi asked out of curiosity.
"Oh, not much." Yoshifrog responded. "I'll show it you you guys when I'm finished."
Leoshi turned and saw Yin sitting there was well, aside Moshi, who looked pretty mad. It turns out Moshi apologized for the kidnapping thing, and Yin ended up forcing her to do her homework.
"So, don't forget to include detail." Yin added in.
"I'm doing the best that I can here!" Moshi said. As Leoshi looked down on the homework assignment, he noticed the answers where completely wrong. But he assumed Moshi was deliberately doing so to get back at Yin.
"...yeah." Enrique said. "It's been like that for a while."
Leoshi looked around. "Hey, where's Johnyoshi?"
"He didn't show. Don't know why." Yoshifrog said, continuing in her sketch.
"Do you think he's okay?" Lava asked.
"He'll be fine." Yoshee said. "He probably just shied out of showing up."
Leoshi still looked a little worried, but decided it would be fine.
---------------------------------------
The night went off without a hitch. Leoshi ended up leaving the rest early to get some rest.
The dorms where completely silent. Everyone else was out enjoying themselves. That was a relief for Leoshi: More time to study the book without being bothered.
He flipped a switch and after cleaning up his dorm, sat at his desk and opened up the book.
"So, this symbol stands for danger. Then the designs of the symbol may stand for the verbal sounds, D, A, N, G, E, R... he thought. As he examined the word: "Shidome," he noticed the design that made the "D" sound was also apparent.
"Then if I used these words, I may be able to decipher more magic abilities within the book..." he thought.
--------------------------------------
He didn't have as much luck as he had hoped. He'd just have to consult Yin about it tomorrow.
As he began to walk toward his bed, he heard the sound of his door shaking.
"Hello?" Leoshi asked, turning his head.
At that, the door stopped moving and the sound of running began.
Leoshi got up and opened his door, and saw something running down the hallways.
"What?" Leoshi asked.
Assuming it was just his mind, he walked back into his dorm, ready to get some sleep.
--------------------------------
Yeah, a dull chapter. The next one will be better

Hows 'bout a Christmas themed chapter? Sorry, I just came back from watching back-to-back Chirstmas special shows and I'm in a very high mood. But it's a good idea though...

That's not a bad idea! ...I'll try that out, but later on in the story, when it actually comes closer to christmas. But thanks, I'll do it eventually. But for now, I'll try something else...

Sorry for the Double Post, here's another:
-----------------------------
Leoshi's eyes opened slowly. He was in his dorm, which was as quiet as ever. His head turned sideways, to stare at his clock.
"Midnight. I must have insomnia." he said aloud. He slowly arose from his bed... but instantly, he realized something wasn't right.
He looked toward his left and saw a red glow radiating from somewhere. He stretched and jumped from his bed up toward he window.
"WHAT THE?!" he shouted.
The view from outside his window was horrific. Red, bright lights dancing outside, the heat tremendous, everything being incinerated.
"FIRE!" he shouted. The entire campus was engulfed in flames... and yet he heard no screaming.
"How did this... the others!" he shouted coming to realized what may have become of the others. He ran toward the shelf and quickly grabbed the ancient book, and without changing out of his pajamas, rushed out of his door...
Out of the frying pan and into the true fire.
The hallway was also ablaze, the exit burning the worst of all. Flames everywhere, smoke at the ceiling. He gasped and covered his mouth.
"How did this happen?!" He asked.
From somewhere, he heard the sound of laugher. A sadistic kind of laughter that would chill one to the bone.
A sensation of fear overcame Leoshi. His hands began to tremble and his eyes wide open.
"Someone lit this place on fire, on purpose!" He realized. "In hopes to destroy the students... the others! NO!!"
He sprinted down the burning corridor. Sweat tricked down his face, the heat unbearable. He quickly came across Enrique's dorm first.
"Enrique?" Leoshi asked, opening the door.
The response was an excruciatingly hot force that pushed him away. Flames erupted from the doorway, as more spread down the hallways. He quickly ran and continued down the hallway, faster and more desperate.
"Lava?!" he shouted as he reached the next dorm. He flung open the door, only to have the same results.
"NO!" Leoshi shouted, even more desperately.
He ran down the hallways and continued to scream more names. "Johnyoshi!? Yoshee?! Yoshifrog?! Yin?! Moshi?!"
But every dorm door he opened gave him the same results.
"What's going on? Where is everyone?" Leoshi asked.
The laughter began again, but louder.
Leoshi realized the sinister presence was nearby.
"Who are you?" Leoshi asked, with an angry expression. "What have you done?!
He saw a shadow, standing there at the end of the corridor. It was a very familiar sight... in fact...
"Wait! You're... it can't be!" Leoshi said, stepping backward.
"Don't cower, it makes you look pathetic." the shadow said.
"But it's... how could-"
The shadow floated toward Leoshi. The sight was like that of starring into a mirror.
This entity looked just like Leoshi... only eviler. With a darker shade of blue, he had white hair, and red, evil looking eyes. The rest of his body was draped underneath a black cloak.
Leoshi was stunned. "Who are you?!"
The figure merely laughed.
"STOP THIS!" another voice added in.
Leoshi looked behind himself. There was a new entity behind him... only this one looked much nicer then the other. This new one, though shadowed, had angelic wings and hovered in the air. This figure came closer.
"You..." the evil copy of Leoshi said. Leoshi stood in horror as both figures met in the flaming hallway.
"You have no business being here. Stop meddling in things beyond your own business." the evil one said.
"You!" the angelic one said, pointing to Leoshi. "He who holds the book!"
Leoshi gasped.
"You must go to the land where it came from! You must cease this madness-"
"Nothing can stop this." the evil one countered. "The destiny of this world has been written in those paged for 3,000 years. And it will come to pass, the second it's read. So, if I may-"
"No!" the angelic one responded. "Go!! You must go to the place it came from!"
With that, the angelic one's eyes began to glow a bright blue, as well as the hands.
"What do you think you are doing? You cannot change what is written to occur." the evil one said.
Suddenly, everything began to glow blue. Leoshi had to cover his eyes from the piercing light...
-------------------------------------------
As he opened then again, he found himself in the same corridor. The flames had gone, and the damage was mysteriously gone, as well as the two entities.
"What?" Leoshi asked.
Suddenly, all of the doors opened.
"Hey, you mind?" Enrique asked. "It's midnight!"
"Yeah, go to bed!" Moshi called out from somewhere else.
They all slammed their doors shut in disgust.
Leoshi looked around and sighed. "Was this a dream?" Leoshi thought. "Or something else..." but whatever it was, he knew it was serious. A message had been sent to him that night.

I'll have to try that.
Ahh, I love suspence when it's used properly. Like the way you use it XD. That adds on another storyline to the story. We'll have to see how this turns out. (I hardly sleep anyways, so I wouldn't be interrupted XD)
