Thought of the day: Why does everyone seem to be a ranger? Because you're safer? Because you can stand well back from a fight and kill your enemy? Swords are better. If you're going to die, go out swinging a sword manically! Gah! As much as I enjoy haveing my face punched off by Gilchics, I'll pass I'll be seen with a Brand or a Partizan occasionally though, PArtizans are quite useful when being swarmed by guys, I find. No substitute for a good pair of MechGuns or a Sniper though The problem with Rangers is that although you're a safe distance away from the enemies, its easier for scoundrels to sneak in and steal all your goodies

lol, yea i know. I hit a box, someone nabs the goodies its so annoying!
I still like me hunters though, cant beat their power and defense...evasion as well dont forget! Its an easy ride when your a hunter...well...when you level up high enough to stand up to attacks.

I'm guilty of that, I admit. Still, I will ignore boxes later on for other people to get the insides of, but, people still want to follow me and take out enemies instead, although I've let them have numerous boxes. I think people seem to think they'll get lost if they seperate from me. I prefer to seperate more often since the party covers more ground in a shorter space of time. I know some of the party's I've joined never seem to have any communication as to wether or not they need people on switches, help or to indicate they're going the wrong way.
I'll indicate to the other members whats happening (And since starting playing PSO, I've asked for help, once). I must admit though, I, Toshi, YW and Strangie make an effective party, and we do communicate well.
Good communication is the key to a good stratedgy.

Most of the partys I've been in stick together, actually. Probably makes it easier to take out grouops of guys, I guess... but thats all down to taste. One party I was with a few days ago was actually pretty good with communication, and trading items and stuff. There was a cyborg who's primary job appered to be to supply the whole party with *mates and *fluids

Hahah... I am the opitome of greedy bastard in that game. If there's treasure, I home in on it like a fly to garbage. Don't expect to earn much money when I'm in that game.... I'm the greediest little carnie around. >:3
I'm telling you all, Force, FORCE! Double-scoop ice cream
Hahah, on the NGC version i'd always buy 10 Sol Atomizers when I could, put them in my box, then buy ten more, give them to a friend to hold for me, put them in his box, then buy ten more for the friend to hold, and then ten more for me... all MAG food, hahah.... since Sol Atomizers only appear in the store somtimes.

Yea, feeding your MAG can help a lot! My MAG on the NGC version, its at its maximum level of 200, with 120% synchro and 200 IQ (gotta love star atomizers ). Its got 120 POW, 40 DEF and 40 DEX, but 0 MIND, because i aint the type for magical attacks. On the PC one, its only at20 i think...dunno, but i'm feeding that one for great DEX and some POW and DEF.

We finished the ruins tonight. YW died just before Strangie killed 'god' thus making him void from the shedload of EXP we gained from it.
Level 29 baby! Now I have a pink buster sword. Yay.
Yes. I wan't a subscription.
You're gonna love me. If I'm low on meseta, I'll pick anything that seems useful up. If anything else, I'll go for EXP all the way. De rol le is just too easy now. I've killed that too many times now. Quite often getting blasted by it's laser though because someone's standing there, shooting it. When he/she gets blasted by it, so do I, and it's silly because when someone dies/gets injured, I always heal them. Makes me not want to heal them when a mistake on their part gets me half killed too.
What is it you're missing Grae? I had PSO running at a mental 1280x1024 earlier. Ran smoothly, then again, this is a 128Mb GeForce MX 4000. 64Mb card should run it great, and they're rather cheap now. I bought my old 64Mb GeForce 4 MX420 for 20 pound (~$40) from a shop up the road over a year ago. They'll certainly have come down a bit now.

We finished the ruins tonight. YW died just before Strangie killed 'god' thus making him void from the shedload of EXP we gained from it. And I cried... ;-; Hehe, nah, but I wasn't all that happy. I was there to buff people up and heal them, but at level 19 force... I kept dying in one hit ;-; I died as the last hit was given, no exp... *groan* Oh well, I did my job. Dying was fun <_< XD Don't get me wrong, playing as a force is quite a fun challenge, I like it! ^^

It's just tremendous bad luck. You'll have to bump me up while I'm at it next, and we'll both get the huge amount of exp. I'll probably need reviving often though, since I'll be within close proximity to 'god', so I'll get the full effect of it's attacks. Gotta love the end bit. "Congratulations! you are the hero!", leik, ooooo, with a picture of my character doing a pose. Rad.

Sure.. you had that nice, "You are the Hero" screen... I got it tainted with the red screen of death XD
Either forces are hard to play with a lot, or I don't know how to play as one well ^^''''

Forces are hard. I never use my fat midget force anymore. I just can't use it. And yeah, I'm trying to be the hero by myself, but it's stupendously difficult. I would've come back to save you, but you obviously must've died like a second before 'god' was killed.
I'll print screen it if I get it for myself...
Isn't anyone else joining? Only a few more days to try it out...

Hahah, I completed the game's many difficulties with two other people, and since it showed us all and the words "You are the hero" we assumed that individually, we're all just a third of a hero.
Yes, Forces are hard--- but rewarding. And Sexy. Double-scoop ice cream

Yes, Forces are hard--- but rewarding. And Sexy. <3 rofl! ahh, you'll get a good laugh out of my little force. I wouldn't call it sexy, more like, euw, lol. Not long got Lvl31 with my Hunter. I have a Pink sword too. Buster sword. rox0rs. Still can't smite the boss of the ruins though. Has anyone done it, by themselves?

I probably wont be able to do it on my own until, well, something like lv36, you know, being a Ranger an all, but in a party of 4, i managed at lv25 as a Ranger.
Anyway, its typical for a Hunter to beat the boss at Lv30+, i knew someone who did it at Lv20 (dont know how, seems impossible), but its true.

Hahah.. just don't try beating the Dark Falz at level 35 in Hard Mode -- You'll be Grants'd and that's it for you.
Oh, and if anyone decides to be a force -- don't even bother with Megid -- it's bloody useless. As a level 60 Force with 700 MST, Level 10 Megid has a 4% chance of killing a Very Hard level Evil Shark. It's never good.

You're telling me! My friend has that spell and he NEVER seems to kill an enemy with it...lv18 i think he has...but anyway...
I dont bother with magic...as long as i can heal my health and be able to cure my poison etc, then im ok with that.

Yeah, Resta and Anti are enough for me... if I need to murder something fast I just break out either my Sniper or MEchguns

Oh yea, Mechguns are the best when your a hunter (with enough accuracy to make a decent hit), stronger than any ordinary weapon!
Thats a bit late to do so, the beta trial ends on the 9th June, thats when you have to purchase a hunters licence and pay to play it.
