"Hmm, you're right there." I said, a bit worriedly. "Can we really trust a theif?" I started thinking. It was weird that he had hair. He's the first Yoshi I've ever seen with hair. My guess was that it was a wig. "We should be cautious, just in case he turns out to be a spy."

I shook my head. "I don't think he's a spy- he lives around here. Remember, he has a house? I just think he's going to try to run the team or try to snitch from us or something." I couldn't figure most things about this guy out, really. Besides the fact that he was a showoff and raided Bowser's castles somehow. What did he want out of those raids, anyways?
I would rather have Red or Mecha as a leader than that Renard guy. I didn't want to be a leader, though- I always felt like every decision I made was the wrong one when everyone was watching.

"Truthfully, I think you're right." I shivered. "I wouldn't want him as the leader. Personally, I think either Red or me would make the best leader." It was then that I bumped into a building. I had been paying too little attention to where we were going and too much attention on the talk we were having.

Red departed after the others back to his house to scavenge anything he could find. He swam, not caring about how deep the water was. "Is our island home sinking?" he asked particularly no one, thinking aloud. He climbed up the steps of the house, entering the door way. He took his red bed sheets, and quickly made a cloak, sash, and hood out of them, leaving nothing to waste. He quickly went for his cherry stash, and took that too, leaving nothing behind. He quickly fled from the house as it crashed into the water. The foundation wasn't made for flooding. He started off again to Mecha's girlfriend's house where he had last seen everyone. His new clothing was soaked, and doing nothing but holding him down.

Everybody just seemed to go off in different directions. Well then, why not have a look at where they went last? Probably that messy yoshi's house. Well, maybe there would be something of use in there.
Just as he guessed- it looked like someone came in here and treated it as one of those castles he entered. Those were the good old days. Those guards proved more of a challenge than any of Bowser's soldiers could. And the secret caches were always stacked with riches.
He took another step forward and realized that the water was chest deep How long had he been going through his memories for that to happen? There was a groaning noise, followed by a loud snap. Something told him that this house was gonna be down really soon. So it was no surprise to him as he waded out, the house titled back and fell into ruin submerged.
It had grown even darker and fog was gathering by the time he reached his boat. It was like a home that was a boat. A kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, too bad it cost him over half of all his money. Strange enough, the only other boat at the normally crowded docks was a speedboat. Which would prove more useful? A boat that could speed through the waters away from a dangerous enemy? Or a ship that had enough rations to go on for weeks, possibly even months? It would be a good idea to hook both ships together, so I could get both advantages.

I rubbed my nose, which is when I heard it. Voices. I carefully peeked around the house. It was two Koopas and a Hammer Bro.
"Experiment 777 has escaped, sir." one of the scared looking koopas squeaked out.
"This is not good. If experiment 777 were to-" the Hammer Bro began, then he shook his head. "No, it would ruin Bowser's plans if he found out." he then turned to the two koopas. "Experiment 777 is somewhere on this island. Find him and bring him to me."
I turned to Yoshee. "Should we attack them?" I asked thoughtfully. "That Hammer Bro's hammer would make an excellant weapon if one of us could get it from him."

I was sleeping in my hammock, which is hung about seven feet in the air. Well, over-sleeping to be exact. I sat up still tired and only half knowing what I was doing. I jumped down and splashed into water. "OH GEEZ!!" I jumped back falling fully under water. I quickly stood up, wide-awake now. I looked around to see my door open and outside was a ton of water. Also I saw a hammer bro. he was talking to someone I couldn't see but instantly stopped. "What was that?" the hammer bro asked the other. "Probably like a tv or something left on." They continued talking and I was only able to pick out a few words. "Then......Bowser......finds.....777" I got distracted by something and stopped listening. I saw two yoshis behind a cottage, out of sight by the hammer bro. and whatever the other guy was.

((sure BlackWingedYoshi. Don't forget to read the rules of the RP and sign up in the Sign Up thread =). Try to join before we leave the island though, or else you'll have to wait or be stuck on the mainlands while we sale the seas.
Red splashed out of the water, greeting Renard with a mist. "So much for staying dry...we better wait for the others before we make another decision. I sure hope the hurry." Red climbed atop some of the debris of a wreaked house, ringing out his clothing as if it mattered. "Its getting much darker...I hope the others get back here fast."
A flying fish dove from the water, and came straight for red. He drew his katana, and quickly swung at it. It fell, dead on the debris. Red took a closer examination of the fish, noticing that it had fangs. "Thats odd..." he muttered to himself. "Where did he come from?" Red offered a hand to Renard to climb on top to stay a bit drier.

"We could, but I've got a... sinking feeling," I told Mecha. It was true- the water was up to our waists.
"Let's just grab my stuff and go- the Koopas can find their own ways off," I finished. I didn't really care about "Experiment 777" at the moment, but I stuffed the information into the back of my mind for later use.
I hurried around the house and nabbed my things before the fridge could float away. I splashed out of the house, rations in my arms. Of course, by now the water level was up to my chest. I couldn't move quick enough.
Since Mecha was taller than me, though... "Hey, Mecha, can you give me a ride? The water's too deep for me to keep the food dry and run at the same time." If I had to go myself, I would be completely underwater by the time we got back to Red. That frustrated me- why did things always have to be so difficult?

Yoshakku saw the smaller yoshi leave. She soon came back with something, but he couldn't quite tell....ah! it was food. "What're they doing." I thought. I could probably swim all the way to them, but were they friendly? I decided I should go, I knew the hammer bro and the other guy were evil, but I wasn't sure about the two yoshis, If I stay I'll be found soooner or later...I took one breathe and sunk underwater and swam in the direction of the two yoshis. As I go closer I saw that one of the yoshis had an half mechanical body. Strange, I didn't notice that before.

" I remember seeing one of those before." Renard grabbed Red's wrist and lifted him onto the ship.
"I saw a tank full of them in an experiment tank in a science lab, along with other things. Artificially created beings, I have a closet full of plans referring to enhanced creatures." He ran his hand through his hair, picking out a small piece of debris, and flicking it aside.
" You should be glad that you don't have real hair. You have less to worry about in appearance."

Using my wings to push me through the water faster I quickly got to a safe distance from the two yoshis. I swam inside a house with it's door open so they wouldn't see me as well. "Wait...I just snuck into a house..." I looked out the window and only saw the two Yoshis whispering, and a hammer bro. I also saw that the other two guys the hammer bro was talking to were koopas. No one else..."Where is everyone?..." I though again. While inside I found a seat near a window and leaned back. ding I jumped up and turned around to see I just leaned back on a piano. "I think I heard something in that house over there" I didn't see who said it but I knew it was one of the koopas. "Let's go then, we can't have anyone know about experiment 777." said another koopa. "Guys, shut up!" Commanded the hammer bro. I knew that the two yoshis were in the same direction from the koopas and the hammer bro. They would get caught if they didn't act quickly. I dove under the water and swam to the back of the house, where I found another door. I tried my best running through the chest deep water, especially for me, since I was very small for my age.

Red sat, and ran his fingers across the black stripes across his skin. "I don't care much about my appearance," He chuckled silently. He just hoped the others would get back quickly, and started forming the debris into a sort of boat in case it was all they had to use. It was probably the roof of a weak house, for it was slanted somewhat.

I hopped onto Mecha's shoulders instead of his saddle- the water level would be too deep for us to go anywhere at all if I stayed in the water.
His mechanical shoulder made for an uncomfy ride, but I had been on worse.
"Hurry, they might leave without us," I told Mecha. And I didn't want to stay on a sinking island- the sea was ornery today and would likely swallow us right up once the island was completely gone.

Red outstretched his arm to help the other two onto the boat. "I hope this is everything..." He mumbled as he made the finishing touches on the crude framework of the craft.

(This is blackwingedyoshi. Sorry I wasn't here the last two days, for those who didn't read my other post, I can't get into my account for some reason so I had to make a new one.)
I jumped out of the water, and started to fly, staying a little above the water. I flew as fast as I could, which wasn't very fast, since I hardly fly. "Look!" I heard a koopa say. I flew even faster, unfortunately my wings were getting tired. I haven't even been flying that far. I could try to trick them...I turned left and hoped they saw me come this way I went a little further and hid in one of the cottages nearby. I groaned, my back was killing me. And my wings could hardly move. I was breathing deeply, and couldn't walk through the water really fast. I hid beside the bed inside the cottage, since I'd drowned if I hid under. I heard a few splashes outside and held my breath. "I hope this works" My heart was beating rapidly. "We'd see him if kept flying this way. So that means he's tunred or hid somewhere else." I heard them walking through the water near the cottage entrance.

"I'm pretty sure it is." I said as Red helped Yoshee and I into the boat. "We should also probably take my speedboat as well." I mused as an afterthought. I jumped overboard and swam to the speedboat. "I'll take the speedboat and meet you on the mainland. We can meet up again at Seaside Palace." I said confidently as I gunned the motor and roared off.

The boat slowly difted away, red waved to Mecha who was already in the distance. Red batted a few fish who were similar to the ones he saw earlier. "They're so odd..." he thought to himself.
