Red scooped some water into his hand, and tasted it. It was clear, fresh, and had no pollution what so ever. He jumped out of the craft, and helped pull it and dock it on the shore. He knew it would break in a matter of hours for the crude shape it was.

I jumped out as well, only to step on a poor Blooper. "Aack!" I shreiked as it atttacked me.

Red drew his katana, and helped prod the blooper away. "At least thats natural" he mumbled to himself as he kept pulling the boat onto shore.

"W-well, that's true." I said, still shaking a bit. To be truthful, I was terrified of Bloopers.

It was certaintly a cute little Blooper. I got an idea when I saw it splashing away, and grinned. "Hey, you guys. Does anyone have some kind of fish bowl? I heard Bloopers make quick rides," I explained. I didn't know how they'd fare out of water, though, so we might not be able to keep three or four. And of course, that didn't explain how we'd catch three or four.

"Y-you mean you're p-planning on riding it?" Just the thought of doing that made me sick to my stomach.

Red shook his head, and lifted his basket of cherries. "This is all I have. Its the closest to a fish bowl."

I turned to Mecha. "What, are you scared of the little squirts?" I couldn't say I loved them, but they sure made quick rides if you wanted to get somewhere. And then Red showed me his largest container, smashing my plan to pieces. "Oh well," I sighed, shrugging. "It was just an idea anyways." I looked around. "So, where to next?" I asked Red.

The craft slowly drifted onto a shore. "Here." He said as he climbed out, and held his hand to the other yoshis so they could do the same.

I hopped out of the boat without taking Red's hand. "Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I can't do anything by myself," I told him, fluttering my eyelashes in mock innocence.

Red shrugged, and offered his hand to Renard.
After everyone was out onto land, red examined the area. It didn't seem as if darkness passed yet, and over the horizon he thought he saw a tower, maybe just a speck past the valleys and forests ahead. "Maybe we should find a town to possibly get ourselves together. Maybe purchase a few things, or stay a night or two at the inn. Is everyone alright with the island sinking? No one traumatized?" He asked the small group.

"Yeah, I never really liked that island anyway." I said, casually waving my hand. Personally, I think we should eat first. I'm starving!" I looked at the tower, and I didn't like the feeling I was getting from it.

Red nodded in agreement to the search for food as his stomach rumbled, and pointed out a path between a groove of trees a little ways off the shore. "Maybe we should head that way," he questioned for everyone else's OK. As he waited for them to think, he bent down and started picking up beautiful sea shells on the shoreline. It was always a hobby for him.

"Good idea." I nodded in agreement. "I happen to know a friendly witch who lives in that direction." I could tell this was going to be a beautiful day.

After collecting a bunch of beautifully colored shells, red nodded. "This way it is." He started walking towards the path with the group.

I fell silent at Red's question of whether we were traumatized or not. Of course I wasn't but I was still rather shocked at seeing my newest home go up in... would waves be the correct word here? Now we were headed for a friendly witch's house. Of course, after Mecha's description of one of his old friends, I wondered whether I should take the "friendly" out of the description. I scowled and got ready to handle any foul play.

We were already into the forest when I thought of something. "I just remembered. These are the Demon Woods, so we could be attacked at any time, so be on your guard here." I cautioned everyone.

Red drew his weak Katana which was already very weakened by the previous feat. He held it by his side as he sidestepped along the ominous trail. "We should be careful of these areas, we have to expect the unexpected." He heard a movement in brush nearby, and quickly spun, aiming his Katana at the spot.

I felt like a deer in headlights as Red spun around to inspect the bush. I pulled my foot out from the branches. "I just took a little tumble," I explained hastily, before he decided to skewer me. I got myself up and brushed off my arms. They were very tense, but they had to be relaxed in order to know what to do once they got into the situation they were expecting. I told myself to chill, even though I knew I was as jumpy now as they were.

Red let down his Katana, scratching the back of his head sheepishly. "Sorry" he laughed. "We have to expect the unexpected." He continued along the trail, trying to be a little more leanient. The trail made a sharp bend, and then split into two. Both paths looked similar and there was no light at either end. Darkness was drawing near, night time darkness. "So...which path?" he questioned the others.
