Did you make sure you correctly activate it? MSN should savre you an email and you must copy and paste the link. Did you do this so far?

Mailtroid, you forgot the apostrophe in Anjil's Support Center. The apostrophe signifying that the Center belongs to her. Anyway, sorry for being anal on the English crap. Also, I don't remember you asking me to borrow my drawing, but you're welcome, anyway. Heheh, it looks spiffy .

Oh! Thank you so much, Mailtroid! *huggles* ;D ;D ;D Ok, I've gotten the email that verifies my passport (i'm not sure if that's important), I've created a Hotmail account and also used that as a passport, but it still won't work:( I'm gonna try and reinstall the messenger. I have a feeling i didn't download it right. Teh also said that the messenger not working may have to do with me also having AOL. I've searched through msn.com and haven't found anything saying that the messenger and AOL can't coexist on the same computer. But, i have a huge feeling that may be the problem. I'll let you guys know how everything goes when i reinstall it. Thank you all so much for trying to support me! ;D ;D ;D

When you get the email that says you have verified your passport, you must copy/paste the link they gave you to actually complete the verification. They should have sent you a link, through that link, you can activate your passport, make any changes if necessary, and voila instand MSN chat power! ;D

I doubt that having aol will be the problem, ( i use both mozilla and internet explorer to connect to the net and don't have msn problems.) Do you have a firewall running in the background? or are you on a private network or behind a router? (being on a router shouldn't be a problem though) Well, if you have a firewall running, try turning it off before logging on to msn.

Criminy, I've reinstalled the messenger, but it still won't work:( Yes, the firewall may be the problem, but i have no idea how to turn it off. Don't firewalls help block viruses? Will i be in danger of a virus if i turn it off?

What firewall are you using?
I use zone alarm, and MSN works fine for me.
