Yeah, Dragonite is 149. I've checked the games, cards, show, and they all say Dragonite is 149.

ok, i heard a rumor that in the japinese pokemon crystal, theres a poster in the trade center in golden red city that says something about celibi. i then heard after your read it (its inside the time machene, so u need to link up with an older game) to go to oh, i havent played the game in such a long time, is it helix forest? then it said to go talk to the shrie, and jirachi should appear. ive never tryed this, but it sounds right. it does say for the japineese game pack, but it could possibly work for the american, and it might work for silver even though it says crystal.
ALSO i heard if you catch all the unknowns (a-z) then the machene in the place next to the unknown cave (inside the building that says its broken) opens up, and Celibi is inside. ive never tryed this one either, but if you dont know what im talking about with the unknowns, if you look closely, each resembles a letter. theres 26 different unknown shapes.

in the japanese version after you do something beat the elite 4 or something you talk to Kurt and you get the GS ball go to the shrine in the something? forest.(sry havent played in forever) once you place it in the shrine celebi comes and you catch it..blah i dont remember anymore XD

oh, the poster says something about the gs ball, and the aide in the pokemon center gives it to you, i remember. then do what digi says

Ok, i'll try that. But i know catching all unowns doesn't give Celibi. it unlocks the machine so that you can print the Unowns.

That post was nothing but bragging. Please don't brag. I hate it when people post just to brag. Sure it's all right to say something then say that you know all about pokemon too, but just saying you know everything about pokemon is just bragging.

trade from someone who used a gameshark that way you didnt really cheat XD wel the last time i got a mew was......umm..when i traded with my friend soo i dunno i think you can't  |

But i think you can get Mew without cheating. (I would cheat if i could but i don't have a gameshark:P) Because my friend had Mew and he didn't trade for it and he doesn't have a gameshark. But somebody stole his game so i can't trade for it. He would've gave it to me too. |

I'm not sure how to get MEW in Blue but I can tell you how to get it in Gold, Silver and Crystal: You must obtain a complete Poke'dex and show it to either Prof. Oak or Prof. Birch ( I don't remember which and if that doen't work show it to one of their aids). EDIT: I actually recall not being able to get MEW in Blue version.
