Ok, here's one. I'm not sure if someone has already asked this, but here goes. How exactly do you get to "Mirage Island" in Ruby and Sapphire. I know it's real, but i've never seen one of my friends go there before. Can you help me out?

ok drago, what you do is you go to the town with the floting logs (gosh, i havent played the game in shuch a long time, so bear with me.) in one of the huts, houses, whatever you want to call them, theres a man looking out the window. somedays he says he sees an island in the distance, and somtimes he dosent. what determins this is the pokemon on the front of your belt. there are some "mirrage pokemon," if you will, that when at the top, you can travel to mirrage island. where is it? its to the right of that island with the floating logs. i really havent tryed this yet, but im pretty sure you cant miss it. which pokemon are the special mirrage pokemon? i think there generated randomly in each game pack. my suggestion is catch a bunch of magicarps or another type of easy catchable pokemon, and try them out one by one (unless you have a whole bunch of pokemon in your pc.) sorry i couldnt describe it better...
jayshi, your problem might be that your pokemon arent the level they should be. i would go and train them, and atleast purify the ones that are shadow. i suggest putting a party together of well type ballenced pokemon. i could do it if you like, it would take time though.

You know, the thing is, I went onto another pokemon site, and searched for a mirage island, and I found something different. From what it said, the island gets a "number" every day. That "number" can be between 1 and 200. Get the picture? Also, it said that at least one member in the party has to be that "number". But I also think the "mirage pokemon" thing might work. I'm going to try it out, and see if it works.

OK Red. I'm train them at Mt. Battle. I already have 2 time flutes now but I might save them. I'm training Sneasel with EXP. Share to level faster when purify. So far it know Fury Swipes. I also need to find a Master Ball. I know a glitch that allows me to keep the ball even though you caught a Pokemon. Who do you think I should train and purify immediately? Sorry for so many questions.

to drago: that might work as well, i found the mirage pokemon thing in a nintendo guide book.
to jayshi: definatly your legendarys. swablu's evolution, atlanta (i think thats the name) is deadly because of its dragon baised attacks. i would save all normal typed pokemon for the end, if theres an end. example: noctol and aipom. (even though noctol is flying, its better to purify the others, like sudowodo, first since flying dosent deal as much damage as rock baised attacks.)

Actually, Red, I know this firsthand: Flying Types tend to have low Defense, above average Attack, high Speed, average Special Attack, and low Special Defense.
Normal types are well-balanced.

He missed his attack, and I through another one, missed again. He used Roar and the battle ended. BUT! When I checked my pokedex, HE WAS GONE! His area was unknown. Thankfully, I didn't save, so I just shut it off, but I lost quiet a bit of stuff, about 3 levels, but o well, I made up for it in about 20 minutes. ;D Everything is fine now, but that was quiet a scare.

My Entei did that... I tried to make a copy for my friend... it was gone after I tried. I freaked out and gave the game to my sister XD. I think I still have my awesome traded Aerodactyl somewhere...
No problem Red, I think I know most of the type's stats from playing so much. Just ask and I'll probably know Despite the loss of my hand-eye coordination, I'm still pretty talented at painting words onto grains of rice.

yeah, until later on in the series, you see common cards get holofoil. I have a Holofoil Voltorb and it counts as a common card.

Raikou randomly appears all over Johto once you awaken him in Burned tower. Your first encounter is entirely by luck. If you're fast enough, you might catch him. If you do, he will run away before you can attack. If you chose Squirtle in FR/LG, Raikou will appear. As in G/S/C, he will hop about. Catching him is not an easy task. If the move Mean Look or Block is used, he will try to make an excuse for himself to run by beating all your Pokemon. |

There never used to be glitches in the old games... in the newer ones, there's at least two glitches in every level, it seems like

not really. in the old ones, you could go out and catch charizards out in the wild. i dont know of any glitches between levels.
