yes, i ment you. i had the same problem, probably harder catching lugia in my gold version since i wasted my master ball on rakiou. sleeping will help if you get the bird down to 1hp. confusion is also good. this is how i caught my raquaza in my sapphire version with a pokeball. i recomend a great ball for this battle though.

Rainbow! Red! You two still dunno how to get Ho-oh in Crystal? 'SIGHHH'... ... ...In my human life, I never found anything that says exactly HOW to reach Ho-oh in Tin Tower, but I found out how. Step 1: Catch Suicune at Tin Tower. Yes, you MUST catch Suicune! Step 2: Go find and catch Raikou and Entei. Step 3: After beating the Elite Four and reaching Celadon City, Eusine or whoever in the Pokemon Center will tell you something about Tin Tower. Step 4: Head back to Ecruteak City and talk to the sage near where the staircase will be and he gives you the Rainbow Feather. Now climb and get to Ho-oh! It's all the easier if you put it off long enough to get the Master Ball, then use a Pokemon Duplication thing.

BTW, here's how the Pokemon Duplicating thing works. Just this code makes Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal easier than ever! ;D And it kinda counts as a legal cheat. Step 1: Deposit a Pokemon into a box. Step 2: Change to an empty box. Step 3: While it says "Saving...Do not turn off the power..." there's 2 points when to turn off the game: --Step 3A: In GS, turn it off at any time. --Step 3B: In Crystal, turn it off after the text finishes. Step 4: When you turn the game back on, there should be an EXACT clone of the Pokemon! (and the item it held if it had an item on)

really not safe, and i like to play the game through even if it is a "legal cheat." theres also a pokeball cheat which i dont like to use (Turns pokeball into master ball). i really only use stratagy guides when completing my pokedex. im playing emerald freehand, and i have 4 badges. i have a pokedex of 52 without intending to.

That's OK, Red. I didn't mean you HAD to. 'Sides, I never found any cheats for the GBA games that seem worthwhile or even easy.

I tried it with Gold version. Turned out a disaster. My Entei was gone I guess I did it wrong or something.

i think its pretty much impossible unless you use some sort of cheat, or go to a nintendo special event and have it regested into the game. i know of no other ways except it could be like jirachi. they may come out with a game cube disc which would let you transpher it.

They are making a new game that I believe can connect to Emerald, I think. I'm not sure if Munchlax is in it, though...

Hey i was just wondering about the slot machines in the blue, yellow, and red versions. Is there any slot machine that gives you an edge to win? If not does anyone have any tips?

Moshi herd this some many times and it's the same answer you need to get the bonus disc when you pre-order Pokemon coliseum for the Game Cube and trade it into your game.(I know this because this store mailed me this advertisement about it)
