Observing Neuropian propaganda became a daily hobby for Yoshiken. However, the most recent one angered Yoshiken more than usual. "That ruler certainly is deadly, but his mind is filled with his own deceit. I would never sacrifice anyone for my selfish desires. My troops defend the territory they love, because they are brave and honorable, wanting their own friends and families to live prosperously. They deserve more respect than even my own self."
Dante opened Yoshiken's door and walked in, "Yoshiken, the troops have reached the check point, what are your next orders?"
"Disperse the troops evenly around all borders!" replied Yoshiken.

Continuing the defense efforts at Transcitil and Nineveh, Enrique Rzlowieszczyk decided that tomorrow would start a proactive evacuation effort from the eastern region of the two. A call was placed into the Nineveh region headquarters to initiate the efforts; the 230,000 residents who were living there would be eventually be relocated to Rzlowieszczykow.
However, other than that, on this day, things were rather calm again in the capital city of Mantasthia. Enrique spent most of his day playing with his graphing calculator.

"Hmm, Syllvace has pulled back all it's forces..." Law said, studying the map.
"But now we're just floating here in No Man's Land, waiting for someone to overrun us!" Strangie said. "We can't just sit here!"
"He's got a point you know," Louis said. "Oh, by the way, you guys might want to watch these when you get a chance." He dumped a few tapes of recent Neuropan propaganda films on the table, most of which starred Namey in them. "These are all propaganda videos with Namey in all of them. I can't believe he's still over there doing that stuff. They must like him a lot, huh?"
"Possibly... but, no matter..." Law said, still staring at the map. "Begin Operation Turncoat."
"You got it!" Strangie said... then he whispered to Louis, "What's Operation Turncoat?"
He was immediately smacked in the head by a clipboard.
"This!" Law shouted. "Get on it!"

The doors to the Coordinator's office creaked open as 2:45 arrived, the representative from the Phantine Broadcast Consortium stepping in and otherwise silently walking to a chair and sitting down with a grim look on his face, his fingers tapping the soft leather of the chair as the Coordinator turned the chair from the view of the city the other man now in his office.
The visitor soon spoke up, gaze panning across the desk "I see you've looked over the counter-propaganda that the other nations have tried to put forth." He chuckled "Must have been done by ametures."
The Coordinator breathed in and leaned in his chais, squeaking as it tilted back. "I agree that their styles are not very effective so far and that their messages don't have much to back them up. What about the claims by your golden boy?"
The PBC representative paused for a moment, then bent over laughing as the realization hit him. "Yes! Of course! Him. Ahem-" sat back up and took a deep breath to regain his composure "- so far he's given us more than we could have hoped for. You understand that we are not a spiritual people by any means, so we don't have much of a choice but to take his word for a lot of this. He's proven valuable and trustworthy, despite his attempts to lecture us."
"This doesn't mean you're going to-"
"No, no, not at all. I don't think we could if we wanted to. He's free to leave when he wishes but until that time we will continue to take his guidance in our messages."

"Very good" Twi stroked his chin as he thought of his current situation.
"Well we need to get some supplies in then don't we? Get the recruits signed up and trained and possibly make a new propagan... no wait I have a better idea."
Twi walked out of the room and up the stairs, leaving Locusq on his own in the war room.
"This is indeed a good day for Xenerex." He then left.

Yoshiken was in another small conference meeting at the capital. He was pacing around the front of the room with angered anxiety, "Those devious fools in the south! I can't believe that Lawilia would counterattack when we allowed them to live! Warnings are over, we keep fighting until Lawilia is completely destroyed now."
Dante replied, "the odds are greatly against us. More than half of our nation is barred up behind walls, with full panic in the streets. Not to mention that our economy is plummeting, and soon we may not even be able to purchase supplies. We can't win this war alone, we need help from others."
Ivan interrupted, "Actually, we expected this attack, and we upgraded our reserves to aid in such a situation. I do agree that we need assistance from allies, but we will be able to hold ourselves off for a good while."
Yoshiken finally sat down in his chair and smiled while tilting his head back, "I know exactly where to get aid from. In fact, I don't think we will have to worry about our situation at all. I actually feel pity towards Lawilia. Oh well, it was their own fault for walking into a deathtrap anyway."

The only news pertaining to Mantashia of the day was that relocation efforts were fully under way in Nineveh. Out of the 230,000 residents of the city, 42,000 had effectively evacuated the city; only 12,000 of these reached Rzlowieszczykow this day, however; the rest stayed in several hotels in Transcitil until near future days in which they would be able to enter Mantasthia's most westernly region. However, for the 12,000 that did make it, their new lives didn't start as comfortably as expected; hotels quickly filled up there as well as the apartments buildings soon were filled with the immigrants. Still, Enrique Rzlowieszczyk was quite pleased at the initial progress the project has created. He didn't want to rush the situation, since it wasn't quite an emergency yet.
The news of the propaganda war in the northernly states of the continent had also reached Mantasthia; however, this was trivial at this point to the southwestern-based nation.

"Wow. That was smooth." Strangie was looking over the world map. "Looks like they saw it coming, though..."
"Bah, so what?" Law shrugged. "They deserved it anyway. We've got no other choices. But Neuropa is backing us up greatly!"
"You DO realize what's going to happen after this is all over, don't you?" Louis said to Law.
"Yeah... but, hey, what can we do?" He replied. "We're sandwiched between nations, here. But in any case... has anybody heard from Namey?"
"Oh yeah!" Strangie reached in his back pocket and pulled out a note. "I got this today. Check it."
The note reads,
"Dear friends back at home,
My stay in Neuropa has proven to be worth the effort. Every day, my messages are spread across the countryside to get every citizen to do their part in the war. Also, you probably have noticed by now that Neuropa is constantly supplying you with resources to help fight the scourge in the north. These people do not seem to be the religious type at all, but they don't seem to doubt my words either. Everything is going fine and I will probably end up staying here to aid the effort until the war is over.
I've not yet met the "Coordinater" who is supposedly the ruler of this country I'm in - I want to get his opinions on what I've been doing and what I've been telling his people. So far, no ill actions have been taken against me, so I must assume that what I'm doing so far is A-OK with everybody. For this, I'm glad, for I think that they are taking me seriously, and not looking at me as if I am some mindless gabbering zealot. After all, would I have been blessed with the powers I have if I couldn't use them correctly?
In any case, I wish you all well and look forward to the end of this conflict. To stop Xenerex and Syllvace is our goal - I pray for all of your well being and health.

Running water and electricity had been installed in nearly all of Yoshee's old land, but she had refused to have a television set in her castle. The battle with Syllvace was going nowhere as of yet, and that made her impatient.
Bear and Mercury had not been to the capital for some days now. Mercury was visiting with Bear, waiting to deliver news of the battle's beginning. In the meantime, Yoshee had practiced writing legibly, and was quite proud of herself as of now.
She noticed her steps were becoming swifter, and she rarely ran any more. She spent less time pacing now that she had nothing to worry about.

Activity around Mantasthia was pretty much the same as it was the previous day. Although it was somewhat hectic around the cities of Nineveh, Transcitil, and Rzlowieszczykow, it was rather quiet in Yinguredsath. The best news that reached Enrique Rzlowieszczyk was that there still were no casualties in the relocation efforts.
