Change rr.fractalcast-networks.net to rr.fractalcast-networks.com. The same thing happened to me, ahahaha.

Is the network down or something? I keep getting "No route to host" errors.
EDIT: I'm also getting "connection refused' errors.
EDIT: 2:33 PM EST: Problem resolved. Apparently.
