Only if Kirby's fast enough to suck 'em up, and has enough power to do so if they keep good traction.
Besides which, the REALLY huge ones, despite what SSBM teaches us, would be impossible for Kirby to gulp unless Kirby got bigger, which is really rare.
The best way for Kirby to fight back would be to get a power-up of some kind of the arena.

Poke'mon "something" was a stolen Tetris Attack, they renamed the characters and made Poke'balls.

Yoshies against Pokemon? I can't believe I'm posting here!!
Yoshies AND Pokemon are un-stable... In one game yoshies swallow ANYTHING, in another they make sand storms and fly with little wings or breathe fire, in some episodes pikachu goes MAD with power...it varies!
If I did have to pick one though...

for kirby: i would think kirby would be victoruious - isnt he the one who can suck up everything and take on their powers?
for the pokemon rip rpgs:
actually, pokemon didnt rip off tetris attack. nintendo just created it in a new viewpoint. both pokemon and yoshi are copywrite nintendo, duhh. in what ways did nintendo rip off final fantasy? (altho im pretty sure that nintendo was the first game system to have ff1)
guys, i think were getting a little too off topic. now ld brought in pokemon ripoffs? dont try to make another problem. the threads name was pokemon vs. yoshi.
(i thought this was a pretty stupid thread in the first place since pokemon and yoshi are both manufactured and created by nintendo. now if you did somthig like nintendo vs. playstation, that would be a topic worth fighting over.)

Yeah, Final Fantasy started on the NES, and ran through the SNES until FF6, 'cuz after that, Sony took the rights. Now I hear that FFXIII's rights are gonna be taken by Microsoft. *no-good buggers*

pokemon can only use the attacks a certaint amount of times before they can't any more,yoshi has no limits

For the topic's sake, can we go with Pokémon as in from the TV show? In there, they have no move limit or limit on no. of times used.
